Most people see worse because they dont bother getting their cls fitted so they get suoptimal ones that make their cornea swell which results in slightly worse image quality

I would but no matter what contact lens I try (dailies, biweeklies, monthlies), they just dry out my eyes. Might just take the lasik pill.

In the meantime, tinted prescription lenses will do.

what kind of contact lenses did you try so far

Maybe you need to drink more water. Air optix are extremely comfy, I only notice they dry out after drinking 15 beers.

          >all silicone hydrogel
try some regular hydrogel ones, because while silicone based ones tend to be more comfortable over a long period of time, silicone itself is hydrophobic so if you have very little tear film to begin with, they exacerbate the problem
you could go with proclear, dailies aquacomfort or acuvue moist

If you’ve worn glasses ever since you were a kid (like me) you dont really realize that peripheral vision is a thing, also you lose the fear of looking down at windows

Literally going to fix my eyes with surgery, but contact lenses do it now.

I got lasik, it’s hecking amazing. The actual procedure took less than 10 minutes, the worst pain I felt was a mild irritation in one of my eyes where it got bruised by the device they use to hold your eye in place. Felt like I had an eyelash stuck in my eye for a couple days, that’s it. Took less than a week to recover and I had 20/15 vision the very next day after my surgery. No dry eyes or anything either. It’s a marvel. The only downside is that I still get glare when it’s dark, but that should get better as I’m still healing.

Notice how 20 years ago it was actually cool to be the nerd with glasses, now with social media and tiktok habing glasses automatically makes puts you in the 80% of leftover males.
It’s brutal these days. Gets worse with all the genetic engineering that will come, creating the ubermensch.
We coming full circle back to Genesis 6 were fallen angels(superior looking to human males ever could) procreated with women, creating Nephilim.

I did for about 9 months before developing severe dry eye that I’ve been living with for over half of my life now, it will probably lead to me losing my driving privileges which will severely sabotage my independence. seems like I have read that there are contacts for people with dry eyes now.

        >risk having your sight permanently hecked up

nah, they dry the shit out of my eyes and you can barely touch your face without them sliding behind your eyeball

You’re both some colossal gays. There ‘re different kind of contact lenses. I wear softer ones with a special fluids, that shit is good for dry eyes like i have myself.

Laser therapy is safe. End your chud existence and become a chad.

JGL looks like a gay either way, you mongoloid.

Nobody wants to be pouring their dad’s sperm into their eye sockets all day like you just to see something

The thing with glasses is that it really changes how your eyes look, especially if you have a strong prescription. The way they magnify/reduce the size of your eyes compared to the rest of your face is really unnatural and people can intuitively tell that something is "off". Of course it’s not that your eyes are REALLY too big/too small, but people will still judge you as if they were because the perception of beauty is all unconscious.

probably true but anti reflective coating and learning how to open your eyes really wide without looking like you’re intentionally doing so can make your eyes look somewhat normal. I just can’t do it most of the time these days though, my eyes are so red from dry eye and allergies that they look like they’ve gone yellow, they haven’t they’ve just gone dark from being so red it’s hard to explain.

I just started wearing glasses and I wonder, does wearing glasses make your vision worse without them?
I’ll be wearing my glasses for a few hours and then I take them off and I’m like "heck, is my vision really that bad?"
