      I made it today
I bought a rice ball mold set online, and this is just cilantro lime rice with mozzarella and bologna. There’s mozzarella beneath the bologna slice and mozzarella and bologna inside the triangles. The heat from the rice melted the mozzarella and helped it stick together. Tasted great to me.
In the future I will add a second slice of bologna to the bottom of the rectangle ones for support

Rice and beans, buy your own chickens for eggs if you have the space, buy discounted meats (like going bad the day after so marked way down) and store in freezer, etc.

Do chickens just produce eggs everyday for years? Does their va jay jay’s just constantly produce them? If a chicken lays 4 eggs today how does it make those big eggs again only a day later?

      >everyone ignores the only realistic answer
If paying even a couple hundred dollars extra a month on food is an impossible expense for you then you need a better job, not cheaper food.

NEVER buy fast food, eat at restaurants, etc.
Cook in bulk and store in tubs for the week ahead.
Water fast on weekends, start with once a month or every 2 weeks until you get used to it.

    Buy a pressure cooker.
You can put any cut of meat in it and it comes out tender in 40 minutes or less. Vary the flavour with sauce choice - teriyaki, old fashioned gravy, tomato, mexican, etc.

veg can go in too, but you gotta get skilled at the timing if you cook it with the meat. I can give tips if you want.

The meals you can make in them will last days if you also boil up some rice or noodles to go with it.

Fast, cheap, one pot (or two) and once you know a few tricks, totally delicious because the method of cooking locks in the flavours.

Cow tongue, Heart, Liver (eat raw) and testicles (eat raw). Well you can everything raw but the nutrient dense stuff like non muscle fiber organs like liver are much better to eat raw
