      >First impressions are always the most important
What is your first impression of this man and his garments?

Go for the long coat for sure.
The brown one is to big on the shoulders looks weird.
Also something I have noticed is that coats that go to the middle of tight look bad on shorter people. Go for by the knee or below in length or a really one short at around the waist.

He looks like a goofy child. It’s fine if he’s an actual, under 18 years of age child, but if he’s an adult then it changes from goofy and awkward to pathetic. I think "pretentious" would be a good descriptor. There is an obvious disconnect between the image the clothes are attempting to give and the imagine the face, body, and posture are giving. It’s like looking at a boy who’s wearing his father’s clothes, dressing up as a successful man while standing in a cheap apartment.

Short, weak, overcompensating, thinks he’s a big boy because he landed his first wagie job, has autism but is able to just barely function in society, and tiny dick. That’s what came to mind.

      Don’t overdress.

        Spot on, my friend.

You have a very short torso to legs length. First photo looks very good, because the torso/legs line is invisible but the second picture is a bit off. What fragrance do you wear?

Looks like a lot of new hires I’ve trained in finance. Has the “awkward college grad who begged his dad to tie his tie after purchasing an off the rack suit from men’s wearhouse” vibe to it. Ditch the coat. Maybe try a tighter fitting peacoat. Double breasted always fits better imo. The overcoat screams Hitman larp.

Ditch the jacket. Again peacoat is comfy, functional, stylish, form fitting, and nobody will wonder if you have a piece stashed under it. Conversely if you like to conceal carry a full sized 1911 not a bad pick.

He used to have long virile hair, but got a haircut in an effort to manlymaxx because he was called effeminate.

      Unfortunately.

Grow your hair out again. Seriously whoever told you that didn’t look good was a hecking tard trying to get between you and sex. You’re a good looking kid. You’re on the right track. Another pro tip? Invest in some decent accessories like a nice watch as a conversation piece.

Looks like your wearing your dad’s hand me downs because those jackets don’t fit your tiny body. Honestly you just come off as a psycho because you’re blatantly trying to cultivate an image of sophistication that’s undermined by the clothes not fitting your age and size.

Summer intern from a poor family.

Coat is too big, shoes too cheap and suit is made from polyester. Try a smaller coat and a fully wool suit.

Better but the jacket is too big. You look more like an adult in this picture. Get a better haircut.

you look like an incel/school shooter with that haircut lmfao I will never understand how anyone can find these short ass slave-tier borderline buzzcut styles appealing. Was it really too much to learn basic hair care?

Is that coat hand me down from your bigger brother?
It’s too big for your frame, as it just hangs down without any indication of waist it looks like two midgets in trechcoat

      again jacket too big
It kinda reminds me of myself until not too long ago. My parents always bought me bigger clothing, because "he will grow into it". It kinda stuck with me and I kept wearing L or even XL sized shirts and jackets even though M was enough.

Feels like one of the kids i see sitting in the stairs at school. In their clique of emo / stupid rejects.

      >Stole style from pintrest and suits lookin ass.
      >Nigged your dads pants lookin ass
      >Wruce Bayne lookin ass

Roll those suitpants up so you don’t need to strap your belt above your chest.

      manlet

      Unfortunately.

then he should play to his strengths and accept his feminine features
the contrast between feminine bodies and a more masculine outfit doesn’t look nice
congruency and coherence between personality and body is the most /fashion/ thing you can do

and yes the longer hair here is much nicer

          >the contrast between feminine bodies and a more masculine outfit doesn’t look nice
obviously true for men which you’re probably talking about, but tomboys are mi favorita

impressions are always the most important
Common misconception, most important is when shit hits the fan.
    >What is your first impression of this man and his garments?
Doesn’t fit properly, not very self-aware, not age appropriate.

  2. Anonymous says:

Clothes are wearing him, instead of the other way around. Which is crazy, because these are both boring and unimpressive outfits, regardless of context

  3. Anonymous says:

Clothes are good, you’re just too baby-faced to wear them, wait 10 years and you will be able to wear them.
I wear similar clothes but I’m 30, and even then they look slightly too old/try hard on me (I look younger).

gay or supreme orbiter of some twee lookin 6/10 female.
studies some dumb shit like philosophy or history.
dad is a lawyer and mom is a twice failed small business owner
    has a model sister

You look older (read better) with longer hair. Being percieved as effeminate (and conversely, manly) has more to do with how you behave. First fit is stylish but does not fit age-/facewise. Second fit is good, but the bulk/length of the jacket makes you look smaller/shorter than you actually are. It is a nice jacket, but I would go for a tighter one with higher cut. See comments above in similar vein. Have a good one anon, enjoy the weekend!

this guy looks like he means business. emphasis on "looks like", but does he really.. mean business..? we will soon see, my friend. we will soon see..

  7. Anonymous says:

I like the coat but it’s too long. A tall guy can get away with a coat that goes below the knees, but on a short guy it just makes them look even shorter.

Looks like a college kid still figuring out what to wear

    >all these seething racists

Stop being mad you’re an white incel loser and this guy looks like he’s actually doing something lmao

  9. Anonymous says:

anyone genuinely saying his clothes are nice needs to slam their head against a concrete wall repeatedly.
his clothes don’t fit him AT ALL. looks like a kid wearing his dads clothes

Pretty good all together. I’d cleane the hair up and might take the pants up an inch. He doesn’t look embarrassing or like he doesn’t belong in those clothes the way many reddit sois do.
