I am seeing an uptick in homeless. This is what central banks want, tantamount to declaration of war on people with the least.
If they weren't fucking retarded, they would know what to do after they've lost everything else.

        >uptick in homeless
The only technical indicator that matters

    >wage slave full time
    >live with parents
Is it really slaving if I don’t HAVE to work?I can quit any time I want and not have to worry about being homeless or starving to death.
And I get to keep every dollar I earn instead of giving it to landisraelite? I don’t really understand why more people don’t just live with their parents.

bro imagine giving $1,000 a month of your pay to a landlord. Next year its $1,100/month and then in 10 years its $2,000/month.

They never stop increasing the rent until you are homeless and replaced with a new rentoid.

Some of us don't want to leech off of our parents more than we already have. Also, living alone will always beat living with others.

cope buddy. it doesn't cost your parents any extra to live at home. if you move out their bills would drop by 0, aside from like $50/month in utilities which you can give them

        >leech
It’d be different I guess if I didn’t work. And my fiancé doesn’t work but does all of the cleaning around the house, laundry, dishes, etc. so my parents are more than happy to have us. It wouldn’t be leeching anyway because they actually WANT us there. My mom thinks renting is a massive waste of money. She would rather I just save all of my money. Hell, she even said she’d rather I financed cars instead of rent a place, “because at least the car will eventually be yours, instead of just giving it all away”.

This is fud. Pay your own bills, buy your own food, pitch in with household maintenance and chores. It'll be yours if your parents don't reverse mortgage it.

You cant base your future on this premise, parents might want to sell it when they retire and move to a smaller place and use the money for their retirement

I pay my dad all that I owe him. We're rich anyways so it doesn't matter if I don't. LOL.

When will the market shift to make housing more affordable?

Never, short of intervention of some kind. Supply would have to go up, and no one wants to build affordable housing, even more so with rate increases.
Or demand would have to drop, and housing is kind of an essential. Plus, throw in all the laws criminalizing homelessness.

Never. Everybody's pensions and all collateral are tied up in real estate. If it were to crash, it would coincide with a global depression/calamity/war

I did live with my parents for a while which allowed me to save up for an apartment, only having to take out a loan for half of it's cost. Their relationship was deteriorating more and more over time, culminating in a very messy divorce before I managed to move out. Took a pretty bad psychological toll on me. So I sort of wish I managed to move out earlier to be honest.

      >save up for an apartment
      >only having to take out a loan for half of it's cost

You mean bought an apartment and contracted a management firm to rent units out for you while you lived in one.

My parents both retired in the last couple years and I think living with them through that would have made me suicidal. Not a single fucking moment of peace.
