eat less calories. keep it under 1500 for months and youll see results in like 6 months. obviously eating less would do more faster but thats hard for anyone that doesnt diet.

I'm almost 100% certain my problems come from this stubborn lower belly fat that refuses to die and that my arms aren't atrophied enough.
My legs only look the way they do because I did try focusing on lower body, there really isn't a lot of fat on them

I don't drink soda, haven't had any alcohol in like 3 months, and have been making an effort to eat less fast food if that's what you mean
Nah what i mean is being in a caloric deficit eating clean makes that easier but u could therotically eat burgers and still lose weight
