You just need to stay aligned with the company values and strategy, and make sure you're rowing your oar in tandem with the team. Remember, your job as an IC is to look down and in, their job is too look up and out.

An all-hands emergency meeting and the question is a going concern one? Lots more layoffs are coming, or they really are ch.11 soon. They have an obligation to notify intentions, and a meeting that sounds like "this is a last ditch effort" in enough to satisfy that obligation. Get your personal finances in order, pay off as much debt as possible, and wargame what it would be like to have no income for 3-6 months, starting 3-6 months from now.
