Dream interpretation

Two weeks ago I went into a job interview. Everything seemed fine, but last week I got a call that I didn't get the job. Every night since then, I have a dream where I go to a job interview and miserably fail it. At one night I even cried in the interview. In last night's dream the interviewer lady said "I thought you were tall" (in my native language). Then I stood up and she saw my real height of 168cm and she started laughing. What is the meaning of all this?

i once dreamt about being at some kind of dorms for some reason and seeing some eastern european guys with a tech device i'm fond of
i decided to go and talk to them about it (in English as i am esl) and they looked at each other while laughing at me and making signs of me being short
according to my experience, i was feeling inferior for i did not meet my own expectations on a school project i had
this, combined with spending too much time on this site (all the race stuff) possibly made me dream that
perhaps you should stay off this site for a while? that's why i did and it helped with such complex

    Even though turtles can swim?

Are you helping someone irl? Maybe someone is using you when no help is needed and maybe you yourself might need help soon?

it means a demon is tormenting you. you shouldn't share bad dreams with anyone, especially here, as it can be used against you.

I don't think there is anything to interpret here, it's pretty straightforward. Just work on you skills and confidence irl and I think those dreams will go away. Slightly interesting bit is I thought you were tall. Did you lie in interview? It seems you also have complexes regarding your height and need to work on that to, but this will be much harder.

Pretty fuckin simple and straight forward.
You had high hopes that you were going to get the job because you believe yourself to be qualified enough and the interview went smooth. Instead you get bad news and now some insecurities you always had are invading your dreams.
If you were well groomed and appropriately dressed you did perfect on the physical inspection.
If you can communicate clearly and are fluently, you scored another perfect. They don't care if someone's a little nervous.

You're taking this bad news too personally... It's about your qualifications (and unfairly, who you know), not aesthetics and having exceptional oral interview skills

Perhaps you were already daydreaming about what to do next after this company hires you, making future plans and getting ahead of your reality? That would help explain the 'miserable failing' in every dream interview - broken dreams cause feelings of hopelessness.

If you think the interview went well then I promise you it indeed did. You're letting your overthinking insecure "chattering-monkey" brain mislead you and rob you of your rest.

The truth is: Either someone was more qualified/experienced than you or someones uncle/dad/grandpa/friend knows someone in the company and put in a good reference for them.

Any idea how many spots were available? What about how many people applied? If there's 2 spots and 12 people interviewed... You better have something that makes you stand out on paper, they will barely remember your face.

There's really not much to read into, I mean it doesn't take a genius or a wizard to come up with that conclusion.
    Also
What position were you applying for? What kind of duties would you perform? I have a feeling this company might call you within the next 30 days with some good news.
