mirin arms and shoulders. Hit chest and core more. I used to not train abs because of the /fit/ powershitter meme that compounds are enough and saw a big difference since doing a small ab and oblique circuit at the end of leg days.

On topic: does the jacket have these pulley bits to tighten the bottom? Might be a little long too

Yeah I’ve just started training core more. I probably still need to lose a couple bf% for proper abs. I’ve started those hollow body pull ups and they’re great for core
I’ll see if I can pull the jacket tighter, i think it might not be possible though

You’re not average, you’re probably top 5% of guys body-wise, which admittedly isn’t that hard to do. And you’ve reached the point of massively diminishing returns unless you want to be a professional fitness something.
To max out your pussy/dick catching potential (still mostly depends on your face and height), just work on your abs and lose a bit more body fat and then maintain for as long as possible.

Yeah that’s the plan, if I wanted to bulk from here I’d be fat so I’ll just train my abs while slightly cutting so that they show more. When I’m a bit older I might jump on TRT, mostly for mood and confidence gains

I dont understand why every guy with muscle doesnt wear overshirts. They are the only jackets except for bombers who compliment a v-shape

To answer your question yes your jacket makes you look "fatter", but obviously not fat

I googled it and there’s no way I could wear something like that during the winter here. It might be good for California.

If the jacket your using is for winter where your live then a thick wool overshirt will work, especially with an inner linning. They are everywhere. I live in Sweden and it works when its at most -5 (Celcius). Anything below -5 degrees and your jacket will need to be a heavy down or similar, which will make you look fat no matter how you try anyways so why bother asking. Also I cant believe your current jacket is very warm?

Looks about half a size too big going by the shoulder seams and the way the sleeve is creased at the wrist, waist fit is fine and you don’t look fat.

Consider a size down or a thick jumper as a midlayer.
