Even in a social setting I correct them on a regular basis about tenets of their basic jobs (to wit, they've pulled out their phone and said, "Huh, I'll be damned..." in the middle of cocktail convos), let alone just about any facet of the world outside their narrow specialty.

I guess its a matter of accountability. If a doctor fucks up they'll blame the medication and the manufacturer which usually leads to any claim leveled to get memoryhold in short order. Meanwhile surgeons cut you up, there is no other party to blame, so (in theory) surgeons are less inclined to fuck you over. They absolutely will do so if they get a chance, but they won't do it as a sport like doctors.

I love the psycho vibe surgeons give off

        Anonymous

Because surgeons are psychos. I have worked alongside them (CAN/USA) and they’re constantly getting their dicks sucked (metaphorically) and know your life is in their hands. Most of my colleagues joke they get their kicks playing god.
Hospitals are terrified of losing their surgeons. Especially in Canada they frequently threaten to move to the States if they don’t get their own way so they all end up with a ridiculous amount of power compared to other hospital clinicians.
They’re intelligent psychopaths. Many of them start businesses, get their government funding, get hospital money as a customer and gut their company/sell out before starting another one. It’s honestly impressive
Oh also if you die on the operating table it’s a tragedy for your family but to them it’s almost time for lunch.

Depends on the context. Doctors that have just started will inevitably get things wrong and not know as much as they think they do. My brother was on dialysis for a year before his transplant and the doctors would regularly get confused over what he needed or would dismiss concerns that turned out to be important. Older doctors can often be so fucking experienced that they can just look at you and go "oh yeah it's probably this obscure thing, I had a couple of patients 20 years ago with the same problems".

But I won't trust them over what I know myself.

I remember my israeli physician would regularly have pharmaceutical reps show up with free shit for him and his staff. Expensive food and gifts.

He finally retired, but only because an investigation was coming down on him and several other doctors. He threw his colleagues under the bus and is now retired in Monaco

Avoided the emergency room because American and no insurance (8k+ minimum for a visit)
Week later it wasn't feeling well so I had to hunt down a third-party X-ray place that was cheaper, then make an appointment with an orthopedist
    X-rays were $200

Total cost after an appointment at the hospital; $1,800+
All they did was look at the Xray and repeat that my foot was broken (amazing)
Didn't need a cast, couldn't walk for four weeks
Kept asking about my ankle and kept getting told it would be fine if I took it easy

Then they told me to get a jab that I disagreed with. Meanwhile, sudden heart conditions are a thing in otherwise healthy people that got the poke. Also, I haven't been sick in years. At all. Not even a cold.

I've literally been training medical for me and my family for years. I can stitch, I can treat with antibiotics, I have plenty of material to take care of my family. The only thing I can't do is actual surgery, obviously.

Fuck the US medical system. It's retarded.

      >I'll die eating an animal based diet

I doubt. At worst they probably said to reduce intake of saturated fats.

      >They also told me that I'll kill my daughter for starting her on rare steak at 4 months

They are right, you probably have no idea what is atherosclerosis. To feed extremely dead animal fat diet into such little kid without hours of physical exercise daily is just bad for everything, especially heart and brains, since it increases cholesterol and clogs arteries.

Your daughter at age 30 will probably have health issues, if not sooner.

Ever heard of LDL low density lipoprotein and triglycerides ?

Meat doesn't have much HDL, mostly LDL.

Some saturated fats have good ratio of HDL and LDL, like olive oil, salmon, avocado, etc.

        >without hours of physical exercise per day
She's 2. She's outside playing far more during the day than she is inside.

Read meat and animal based eating does not increase cholesterol or clog arteries. All my blood work comes back perfect every single time. I track it. Seed oils and processed foods are what cause the issues you've mentioned.

You're going to lose your mind when I tell you that she's been drinking unpasteurized milk for over a year now.

Did you check all the ratios in this calculator?
          https://www.omnicalculator.com/health/cholesterol-ratio

Because if you chronically have high LDL diet and there isn't enough HDL to remove LDL, it's just gonna narrow and clog over the years, i don't mean one year, I mean 10-30+ years time. This process is progressive, irreversible and builds up over time and there's lots of other factors, like inflammation (from high glucose (bread), sugar in diet), high bp, high mental stress (cause hormonal issues), too extreme physical stress, etc.
All these things cause endothelial dysfunction in the long term.

I fed my kids from a very young age. I also did tummy time for multiple hours a day when the doctor said “just a few minutes a day is fine.” My kids are extremely strong, smart, talkative, and happy. Good dad.
Society at large has revealed in the most horrific way over the last 4 years just how informationally controlled they are, and willing to violently react to those who don't toe the line.
Most "Informational" outlets are heavily controlled by the drive for either money or power--or, of course, to ~~*ELIMINATE the Amalek*~~
There was already a massive decline in the unwritten social contract decades before we were born-And that goes for you Boomers lurking too. People as a social animal have been atomized so completely as to be unable to think in any way that is contrary to their social tunnel-vision. Towns and villages had their problems too, but for the most part, people lived, worked, played and socialized with most of the rest of their neighbors; without having artificial "Opinions and drives" foisted upon them.
there were vestigial remains of it for the GenX'ers, which is why they still get to brag about safely riding bikes all day, and no cameras everywhere recording everything they did.
How can it not be inherent to a real person, to NEED to hide themselves from others, when you are born into a world of no privacy, and that the very real threat of having your private life splashed across 2 million screens; or the very real threat of violence from others, simply for holding an unpopular view?
It wasn't like this before the mid 80s. You could hold unpopular views on several different things, and people would still be friendly with you.
Because, in a LOW TRUST SOCIETY, of the firmly entrenched belief that you have to 1-Up everyone around you to get ahead, this has caused a cascade effect. You can never be sure if your fellow man has it out for you for gain--thereby ensuring you can never truly CARE or TRUST for another.
This is by long, slow, grinding design.
You DON'T have to play that game.

How dare you, don't you know she'll die. In fact don't feed her that, human bodies haven't adapted to milk, we've only been drinking cow's milk for thousands of years.
Instead get her almond milk, it only takes four cups of almonds to make a gallon, because I am sure your digestive system is much more adapted to ingesting a shit ton of almonds than it is to consuming milk from a creature you are 80% genetically related to.
Oh and don't consume raw eggs from chickens, you'll probably get salmonella

    Reasons 1:

    >hospital asks if he did anything for his pneumonia
    >"wut"
    >hospital released him, knowing he had pneumonia
    >didn't prescribe any medication or follow up visit, didn't tell us either
    >he gets sicker in the hospital, multiple organ failures
    >continues to decline, month later he's dead
    >that'll be $75,000
    Reason 2:
    >take son to ER cause he ate a glass ornament
    >(yes, babies are dumb, this was not my house)
    >after a few hours we get an x-ray and told to go home
    >if he coughs up or poops blood come back
    >high deductible insurance does squat
    >that'll be $2,000
    Reason 3:
    >take daughter to doctor for bump behind ear
    >doc says it could be deteriorating skull, need ultrasound
    >get ultrasound on toddler's head
    >insurance comes back says that was not medically necessary, won't be covered
    >that'll be $2,500
    Reason 4:
    >bump still has to be removed cause it's deteriorating her skull
    >appealed insurance, still say ultrasound was unnecessary
    >by extension the surgery is too
    >have to pay neurosurgeon directly
    >and hospital, not sure their charge yet
    >that'll be $3,000
    Reason 5:
    >wife pregnant with second
    >go to get bloodwork done
    >go to checkout, nurse says she'll send it to insurance, I say we don't have it
    >(crunched numbers, made sense not to put pregnant wife on there)
    >she asks if I want to pay now or send me bill but that'd cost more
    >ask how much more
    >they were gonna double the price from $120 to $240 if they had to mail it
    Reason 6:
    >MIL recommended to have hysterectomy to prevent cancer
    >goes in for surgery, they somehow cut an artery
    >outpatient surgery, thought we'd be having dinner that night
    >planning funeral instead
    >that'll be $50,000

      >"medical error"
Someone makes a "driving error" they get charged with manslaughter
Medical errors are negligent, but good job ever suing a hospital or a doctor.
If you're unlucky enough to have enough evidence they make it nigh impossible to do it.
On top of that many states limit how much you can be awarded after being compensated monetarily, makes it difficult for lawyers to bother unless it's a slamdunk.
Even then, it will take literal years for anything to happen
Hospitals count on your fatigue so nobody is ever held accountable
      >third leading cause of death
First one directly caused by another person
I'd argue the first two are worse these days because of our environment and our diet, but you're mostly doing that to yourself
"medical error" is a doctor fucking up and killing you, usually because the doctor is so cocksure they're right, or because they just don't give a shit to do any due diligence when it comes to your life
But hey, guns kill like 33,000 people a year, let's give that national attention and throw millions of dollars behind restricting a right enshrined in the constitution.
Ignore all the other stuff though. We could use that money to focus on improving health but then people wouldn't be buying pills or going to the doctor as much.

It's all about incentives. They want to make money. Insurance and drug companies pay them. Why should they give a fuck if you live or die? When you go to the doctor and something is wrong, do they fix it and send you home? No, they charge you 5 grand and send you to 10 other doctors that will charge you 5 grand, then they put you on a subscription service for the rest of your life costing hundreds of dollars. Finally, one of them fixes what's wrong with you (temporarily) while also making 10 other things worse, and charges you (or your insurance) 50-100 grand. Everyone benefits from this system, except patients.

there are lots of good doctors and i have nothing but respect for those. generally though, no. i´ve had too many negative experiences.
my dad was diagnosed with the flu by his house-doc. it was cancer though.
the head-doctor of the hospital he was staying in was constantly crawling around him because my dad had a good insurance. 6 years after the death of my dad the hospital still sent letters to my mom, adressed to my dad, about how great it is that we all came out of this strong & healthy together.
my house-doc at my old place was useless, except if you just wanted to play sick, wich is something i dont do. my new one always seems unsure about everything he says, is a pale balding lanklet and now seems to have a receptionist that hardly speaks german.
i have more shit stories but who cares. i´m just really sceptical of doctors and they usually notice. especially house/family doctors are often full of shit.

Healthcare fag here. No I don’t trust doctors. Many of them are money-hungry psychopaths who will bill whatever they can to payers instead of focusing on the patients. They spent their twenties with their noses in books and accumulated massive debt so they usually compensate for this by milking every penny from your insurance that they can, even if it means injecting you with a poison that they themselves are skeptical of and counseling your children to become transgender even though they know it’s wrong.

99% of them became doctors because the status, their main goal is to shuffle you around in the system as long as possible.
when ai replaces doctors there will be such an enormous increase in effectiveness it will make your head spin

No. The only doctor I've had to go to that was worth a shit was a Russian woman. Super smart, skilled and professional. Sewed me up fast and clean. Makes me wonder if the Russian system is as israeliteed as the rest of the world or if she was just an exceptional example.

I am a veterinarian and there’s not one person in my profession that is confident in doctors capabilities
I have one physician who I was lucky enough to be really conservative and skeptical who has treated me for my entire life from the age of 3, idk what I’ll do when he retires
As for human doctors, they may be very smart but they’re saddled with too much debt to not tow the line corps make them obey or they’re too type A to not “trust the science”
Best example of why human doctors aren’t as good as vets is because when Covid came out and I read what happens I thought “wow some steroids (dexamethasone) and doxycycline would cure almost everyone, and avoiding ventilators probably is for the best because everyone is just panicking all they need is sedation and they’ll breathe again”
It took over a YEAR for doctors to start using dexamethasone for inflammation of the airways, BECAUSE THEY REFUSED TO TREAT OUTSIDE OF WHAT WAS DEEMED ACCEPTABLE
Not just that but all the ventilators being used officially have been declared more bad for the patients than had they avoided them

Next time you have a health problem ask your vet friend, you’ll be less likely to die

Many doctors are murderers, anon. What I mean is, hospitals got upwards of 30K for each vented patient. You read that right.
Keep up the good work, anon I love veterinarians.

        So I heard
Unfortunately, human medicine is corrupted by profit in a way that ours can aspire towards but never replicate
The human medical field provides an occam razor for most of societal issues
        >Transgenderism is not organically becoming popular because of society
        >Human medicine overlords have crunched the numbers and realized that by using the connections they have in media, they can create unhealthy people that require lifelong care
        >psych meds, surgery, and lifelong hormones that number in the millions over the course of these poor stupid peoples lives
Trannies aren’t around for virtue signaling, they are growing for profit harvesting

why would doxycycline help vs a viral infection?

        Anonymous

        Good question
While the virus itself causes inflammation, which can lead to pneumonitis, inflammation of the lungs units, the real issue is the effect of reducing the body’s natural barriers and functional prevention of bacterial infections, primarily the ciliary elevator that works bacteria out of the lungs
The inflammation shuts this down and then bacteria can drop into the lungs and cause pneumonia. The antibiotic is actually more than anything a prophylactic to prevent that from happening
Side note: doxy also has natural antiinflammatory properties

Kek no. I’ve been the victim of medical malpractice in a very serious way. I consulted a lawyer who said that he agreed, my case was very strong. But advised that there was not much point in suing, since the state legislature where I live was lobbied by hospitals/doctors to make it very difficult to sue emergency room physicians. Thanks ~~*Fox News*~~ for convincing the boomers that we needed “tort reform.” Fucking idiots think every doctor is a saint and every lawyer an ambulance chaser.

For those interested: look up statutory damages caps in your state for medical malpractice law suits. The doctor lobby and their homosexual conservative media friends have been very effective at convincing normies to accept this state of affairs.

Doctor still insisted he dindu nuthing and fought us to get my medical bills paid for.
The Covid shilling has done nothing to change my opinion of them.

It depends on their area of specialty. The more educated they are, as physicians, the more grounded they usually are. It's the lower levels where you find brainlets and woke cultists. Nurse practitioners should be avoided, especially if they're female. Any kind of surgeon is most likely based if they're a man, don't use a female surgeon. Just don't do it. Let them be veterinarians.

To my mind, every doctor who just went along with the CDC guidance and recommended their patients get the vaccine EVEN WHEN THEY HAD ALREADY HAD COVID, are incapable of independent thought, and their entire education was a waste/just goy programming to make them obedient pharma dispensers.

But if they hesitated telling people to get vaxxed, or had some independent research or thoughts on the subject... they cool.
