i did for a bit, once a week
felt really good and fresh after the shower
stopped cause its just not sustainable with how much lotion you go through
can’t imagine the usage every day

i absolutely detest the feeling of lotion on my skin so no i don’t moisturize after showering. i tried this shower lotion stuff once and it does work decently but it just feels too heavy.

Organic virgin coconut oil bottled in glass. Even if the bottle is $10, it spreads thin and lasts me at least half a year. Good luck putting those chemicals on your skin, though. The skin is a permeable barrier and you shouldn’t put anything on your skin that you wouldn’t put in your mouth; both get absorbed. More skin cancer is caused by shitting sun block than the sun itself, for instance. Use coconut oil for sun lotion as well.

Coconut oil helps create vitamin D, which is absorbed by your skin. If you’re burning, you either eat too much seed oil (any amount) or your body is telling you you’ve had too much sun.

Wait the soap bag is exfoliating?
        That’s wild.

Well the cotton removes dead skin cells and built-up dirt from the skin’s surface. I’ve tried those sisal soap bags and they are shit; too rough and feel like sandpaper on your skin.

depending on where you are or your line of work, this can be unavoidable.
