Did trannies overextend their hands?

Sweden and Norway are limiting trans care and calling the science into question. UK government blocks Scotland's new gender recognition law. In the US, many red states are fiercely opposed to trannies getting treatment and now we are even seeing the unholy alliance between feminist hero JK Rowling and self proclaimed theocratic fascist Matt Walsh. How did the Right win the trans culture war?

    >Sweden and Norway are limiting trans care and calling the science into question.
Didn't know about this, but I'd have to do way more research on it to know if it's as bad as you're making it out to be
    >UK government blocks Scotland's new gender recognition law.
    TERF Island gonna TERF Island
    >In the US, many red states are fiercely opposed to trannies getting treatment
Wow so a country known the world over for being a bunch of hyperconsumerist evangelical theocracies that are actually only theocracies when it serves the interests of the people in power are doing what they've always done? color me shocked.
    >now we are even seeing the unholy alliance between feminist hero JK Rowling and self proclaimed theocratic fascist Matt Walsh.
See above, only add on the fact that these are literally just talking head celebrities who say whatever will keep them popular and getting views. Rowling once upon a time was going hard on gay dumbledore and black Hermione, and Walsh will go the way of Sean Hannity and Rush Limbaugh once his time in the spotlight has ended and his neo-con fanbase are the only people caring about him.
    >How did the Right win the trans culture war?
They're not, what you're seeing is their last stand against something that they can't control. Come 2040, trans will be yesterday's pet cause the way gay was for the 2000's, and people won't care either way. It's the end, not the beginning.

You don't understand cis women. Cis women are more than happy to squash anyone that impedes on what they feel is theirs, even if it means taking a temporary hit on themselves. TERFs will happily align with conservatives on troony issues because women more than anyone know there's strength in numbers and having men kowtow to them. How do you think women convinced men to give them rights to begin with? They're very good at convincing men to be on their side.

The culture war is manufactured nonsense engineered by the 6 global media corporations in accordance with the WEF. It serves to divide and rule the population with us vs them mentality.

The culture war was instigated as an elite response to Occupy Wall Street. They were very concerned and so used all available tools to accelerate division. There were many different organisations involved.

Trans people were caught on the crossfire and are scapegoats. The plan was always for the controlled pendulum to swing as and when the elites wanted. It makes people feel like that are accomplishing something when its always been about the economy, stupid.

You know we live in a clown world when you read this and think it's marginally sane/true.
Curious about graph. Seems like it should be weighted to account for # of trans people & total population, so we know, proportionally, how much it's increased YoY. Although I suppose census data will never be accurate. Idk if it accounts for a potential increase in reports due to more trans visibility/awareness and support availability causing people to come forward either. If that were at all an observation.
Not to discredit it though, I'm a troony too, just autistic af about quality of data.

      >it is just the elites instigating a culture war
so? even if true, why does that remove the responsibility from people to reject the culture war and just align with trans rights?
leftists who say "it is just elites dividing us working class people, so the elites are the true enemies" are morons
it is not my job as a poor tranner to have kinship with working class dipshits who vote for republicans because I want to use the woman's restroom

Thats what they want you to think. It doesnt mean these concerns dont become real, but its what is happening.

No one cared about tranners before, now suddenly its international news constantly. Its deliberate. You must understand your true enemy.

Social opinion broadly oscillates almost intrinsically due to the interactions of power and propaganda.

Around the 90s, pro LGBT propaganda took on a character of calls for empathy, advocating that LGBT people are otherwise largely the same sorts of people, with internal states and feelings, and that their unorthodox love could be really felt. Moreover, it was driven home that you likely already know an LGBT person but are just unaware. This was an effective campaign for winning in the social arena; legal change, as usual, came later, after popular opinion had changed enough.

Contrast this with the rhetoric of the 2010s, by which point the LGBT had won considerable legal power, still not quite the status quo in the early half, but enough that penalties could be issued onto transgressors, formal or informal. The rhetoric then was condemnatory, sowing division and demanding respect (which is never how respect is earned). In short, LGBT optics began to wane as the newly empowered advocates found themselves with some amount of power; they could now afford to be unkind.

This is how the pendulum swings. Note that, though there were organized movements in both decades, the whole effect was of multiple largely independent movements all acting similarly with respect to how much power/social clout the banner of the LGBT had at the time: it is not as if anything else could reasonably have been expected to happen. These cycles are inevitable; they must simply be ridden out, keeping in mind that some simple progressive sentiments are usually maintained between each cycle. Maybe in our lifetimes we'll see one more cycle that inches a bit further in the hoped direction, maybe not.

Transgender lost this so called "war" because of issue of women's spaces. You should have lobbied for a third transgender space.

      >Transgender lost this so called "war" because of issue of women's spaces
this issue was promoted by conservatives, not trans people or activists.
we didn't suddenly in 2014 start demanding to use women's restrooms, we had been using women's restrooms the entire time and in 2014 conservatives decided to make it into a political issue

    >How did the Right win the trans culture war?
They were always going to win it because everyone from every culture and every level of class finds trannies gross. Even the prettiest trannies have trouble because it confuses people. They don't accept it better, they just get upset that now attractive cis women could be trannies maybe.

The anti trans people have threatening to bomb children’s hospitals and openly calling for the eradication of trans people.this whole “did the trannies go too far?” Conversation is just a way to blame a group of people for their own persecution. It’s victim-blaming

conservative political candidates and sitting lawmakers side with and platform civilians calling for our eradication so I think we should start calling for their deposition, by whatever means are available and effective
