I’m having dreams within dreams, usually the second level is kind of fucked up and I wake up relieved but it’s just another dream, also I dream of going back to sleep.
I dream about time loops increasingly. I do take melatonin, is it just that? I know it makes you dream more but this feels significant somehow.
Nah, you lucid ever? You can have some great fun in the second layer dreams.
How do you do it?
1. Start a dream journal. Write dreams each time you wake up for the day. Write a heading/title for the dream if you wake up in the middle of the night as a mnemonic device for memorization.
2. Dreamsigns. Once you write down a couple of dreams you will have consistent "signs" or elements in the dream that will let you know you are dreaming if you are in the proper state of awareness. Be aware of dreamsigns if you do WBTB (wake-back-to-bed) and you can become lucid. Check for dreamsigns throughout the day and do reality checks. Random reality checks like counting fingers are irrelevant to the subconscious mind so they don't work as well as dreamsigns.
3. Meditate. Meditation = awareness. Practicing awareness of thoughts while the body is still is basically the free trial of lucid dreaming. Do this 10-15 minutes each day to increase present awareness.
The basics of lucid dreaming are just keep a dream journal, be aware of dreamsigns, and practice awareness/meditate right before bed. Also read your dream journal right before bed to prime the mind for lucidity when you enter the dream world.

Fags will suggestion meditating for anything. Fuck off dude everyone knows you don't meditate for shit or even know how to do it.
Don't listen to astral lucid guys. Stop masterbating, stop having sex outside child creation or true love. Sexual energy is tied in with your dream energy. Next, lay down on your stomach leaning to your left with your feet off the bed. Your head should face left, best if also facing the wall. This is optimal energy healing sleep position. In this position, begin to breathe properly. Concentrating on your breath, clear your mind. You'll know you're doing it right when you notice visual disturbances. State aloud, "I intend to notice my hands in my dream tonight." It might take you a while to rebuild your energy to do so, but keep ar it. Once you can remember seeing your hands, that is step one.
>sleep on right side
>sleep normally
>sleep on left
>crazy dreams where I wake up doubting reality, none are any good
What went wrong?
Left side sleeping, especially on your stomach, strengthens your energy.
But I've slept on my right side since I was a kid. I would have to be absolutely knocked out to sleep on my left and not wake up after some horrible nightmare.
So what? Left side stomach sleeping recovers your energy. Just as chair sleeping will remove emotional negativity and reset your energy.
