That singer guy from slayer said that he had never even listened to a single metal song before joining slayer. Talk about posers.

A lot of metal musicians are, that’s how they’re able to write such descriptive religious lyrics, I’ve always wondered what attracts them to religion (not that I’m particularly for against it, just in general it’s interesting to me how many tend to be religious. Weird ones too like born agains and jehovas)

separate the art from the artist. lyrics don’t have to be reflective of their beliefs. Shit I know practicing Catholics who listen to Norwegian black

You would think they could amuse themselves by, oh don't know....maybe making quality programming that people enjoy? Like it's even fun to play this game when she's in her 70s, couldn't have done this 40 years ago?

Nobody would have given a shit about some has-been singer's ancestry. Those were much saner times.

I can tell you literally didn't read the article or watch the companion television programme. The CBC's investigation is absolutely incriminating. There's way too many incidents that add up to a big pile of lies and deception. Grifters gonna grift.

                >On November 7, 1975, her brother received a letter from a law firm representing Buffy Sainte-Marie, which said, "We have been advised that you have without provocation disparaged and perhaps defamed Buffy and maliciously interfered with her employment opportunities" and the letter stated no expense would be spared in pursuing legal remedies.[65] Included with the law firm letter was a handwritten note from Buffy Sainte-Marie claiming she would expose her brother for allegedly sexually abusing her as a child if he continued speaking about her ancestry.[65]

That's because a Navajo lady ended up seeing the PBS documentary on her on indigenous day and felt off about it and began doing searches on her and ended up getting a hold of her birth certificate and other Indians that expose pretendians joined in. If it wasn't for that buffy and CBC would have gotten away with the Larp

Both of her parents are white and from Massachusetts. What's even nore shocking to me is that she somehow frauded her way into a Canadian citizenship without any evidence when she wasn't even famous. Things used to be pretty simple back then, I guess

She claimed multiple tribes as her heritage - Algonquin, Mi'kmaq and Cree. At times she lied and said she didn’t know her birth parents and other times she claimed to be born on an Indian reservation in Saskatchewan.
She’s a pretendian who saw that there was a better chance for acceptance as indigenous rather than a white Italian folk singer from Massachusetts.

To his credit Keith never claimed he was black, only other people suspected it. Sure he didn’t go on a campaign to show everyone that he was white, but he definitely didn’t play into his racial ambiguity like he could have.

Andy McCoy (real name Antti Hulkko) has presented himself for years as a gypsy, or at least partially so. Told that his grandfather was a gypsy. Later his brother Ilkka revealed that their grandfather was not a gypsy at all and so isn't Antti/Andy either.

One of the crazier Keith Richards worshippers. Andy actually got admirably close to truly replicating Keefness once upon a time in the '90s, but nay, the most compelling larper is still Dave Kusworth of the Jacobites, who actually made it his life-long mission to BE Keith Richards circa 1972. It's scarily hard to tell this dude's pictures apart from '70s Keith
