Why have Nilotes evolved to have a tall height compared to other black people? Especially the Dinka tribe.

Height is milk. Usually some hunter gatherer tribes are low density and have access to it.
Weight is calories and you don’t have those in the desert.
So it’s a pretty logical result of their diet.-
I have a feeling if I had drunk more milk when I was 16-18 I wouldn’t be a 5’10 manlet right now and would have been 6′ tall. Because growing up I wasn’t freakishly tall but I was taller than my male classmates. I blame my mother for reducing my diary consumption after reading articles written by s-o-y-b-o-y-s on the internet about how "milk bad". I also blame myself for sleeping like shit as a teenager.
