Why didn’t he make an alliance with Nazi Germany, Fascist Italy and Imperial Japan? It’s undeniable that he despised communism much more than fascism.

Probably because it wouldn’t be beneficial to establishing Anglo world hegemony.

Because the UK was more ideologically aligned with his own beliefs, and the Nazis and Japanese didn’t give him a choice after they declared war on him.

He/The US had more to gain from a world full of liberal free traders than a world full of autarky-minded authoritarians

      >Why didn’t he make an alliance with Nazi Germany,

because FDR wanted a planet dominated by the USA and the axis powers did not want that.
WW2 had absolutely nothing to do with ideology.

        >WW2 had nothing to do with ideology
It absolutely was about ideology, mainly fascist Germany vs communist USSR and Imperial Japan and US fighting over trade hegemony in the Pacific.

      >Why didn’t he make an alliance with Nazi Germany, Fascist Italy and Imperial Japan?
Because an alliance with any of them offered the US no advantage, hell the US didn’t even want to join with the UK until Pearl Harbor.

FDR literally was a communist. His underlings celebrated Ho Chi Minh taking power. He’s a god damned commie.

      >It’s undeniable that he despised communism much more than fascism.
FDR made deals with communists domestically, and accepted some Communist statesmen in the government, and didn’t consider USSR a problem or a threat.

      >Why didn’t he make an alliance with Nazi Germany, Fascist Italy and Imperial Japan?
It was impossible on a realistic basis. Japanese-American conflict was inevitable due to Japanese expansionism and sentiment, and, likewise, Nazi Germany and Italy were cramping European political status quo.

Why would Imperial Japan ally with the US when they were coveting the European and American colonies?

The garden gnomes of course. The gnomish lobby had been working its claws into the United Stated since at least 1913
