Guest>Cloudflare is out of the question (blocks archive.today and random stuff journos don’t like)

GuestThey don’t block it. There is DNS extension that sends your IP to domain’s name servers, cloudflare does not support it, thus archive name server does not send IP.

GuestProbably round robin between OpenDNS and OpenNIC, or just run your own freaking resolver.

GuestQuad9 is good. Its not like your traffic doesn’t pass through 30 machines while being deeply analyzed anyway

Guestrandom 2 server from opennic combined with pihole
If you have big pp you can host your own DNS resolver without relying on 3rd parties at all. "Root hints" required for doing it are available to download for free and sometimes included in DNS server software.

Guest>nano /etc/systemd/resolved.conf
DNS=9.9.9.9
Domains=~archive.today>systemctl restart systemd-resolved
I rather use cloudflare for a fast dns and quad9 to resolve your meme domain nobody cares about-

GuestAlways remember: Swiss law protect Swiss citizens’s legacy, not yours. When compelled by foreign agencies they will comply and rat you out.
