chromium is FOSS and far more secure than firefox, cry harder

There are "ungoogled" Chromiums around, so it is a less convenient choice, but better IMO.

No it’s not, chromium gets 30 CVEs every week, firefox is less bloated, and the most secure browser is an old fork of firefox like palemoon, Most firefox CVEs don’t apply to it

firefox is still decent, still better than chromium shit and still has a brighter future even if that future is dimming by the day under the new f*moid management that cares more about hiring trannies to write blog posts and redesign the UI every six months instead of hiring engineers to actually develop features and improve privacy.

nothing that we know of. some people just suspect that it is selling our data since they are getting the money to buy ads from somewhere.

          by showing ads?..
by default the first two results are ads on most searches
of course you can disable them but they are shown by default and that’s where they get their money from.

not shilling but they get paid to run ads (afaik) the same way garden gnomegle used to before getting greedy. In other words, no datamining or collection

$3M per year? for CEO of Mozilla? This is Mozilla, not Google, mozilla shouldn’t be paying this much while laying off engineers, especially when the reason is not because she was in a poor financial state, but just because she wanted more money. mozilla’s mission is supposed to be about improving the internet and promoting privacy, not making one person rich and becoming another soulless tech company that gives no shits about privacy and cares way more about telling you that you should vote democrat.

There was a leak awhile ago where a person was not hired due to being white. He reapplied keeping everything the same but stated he was a black female and instantly got hired. AKA chud takeover. The company is SJW and the searches are shit now compared to a few years ago.

I like Firefox’s "about:config" and there are switches to completely turn off telemetry, but Chromium is more secure/private by design. You can help firefox by running, sandboxie.

          >but Chromium is more secure/private by design
completely wrong. the TOR project specifically selected firefox as the base for its browser because Chromium is near unsalvagable, and lots of the changes that TOR made have been added upstream in firefox, like fingerprint resistance.

            >TOR
uhhh that almost is a positive in Chromium’s favor. I’m also aware privacy and security are different.
