Local communities tend to develop resistances to local diseases. Africans for example have a higher percentage of people with sickle cell which makes them resistant to malaria. Similar things happened for Europeans with European diseases and Asians for Asian diseases.
Honestly the only reason we think of Africa as being especially disease ridden is because Euro’s died in droves colonizing it as they didn’t have those local resistances.

Well that’s just not what happened at all. The only examples of what you are talking about that I can think of are wolves in North America, but that didn’t happen until the 19th century. Asia and Europe still have most of their big predators and the ones that disappeared did so due to the Ice age ending.
But again its besides the point, Africa is more dangerous so by the logic that dangerous environments create intelligent people, Africa ought to be the most intelligent by far.

My personal opinion is that most west African and Bantu people are kind of stupid and have displaced many actually intelligent Africans. I’ve met some good, kind, and inventive African people from Ethiopia but I’ve met so many bad Bantu. I am myself Nigerian but I consider Bantu to be sub human. Most American blacks are Bantu and lack the qualities that make a man human.
