Epic must be one of those companies that have multiple classes of shares. Either that or Forbes aren’t very good at their jobs.
I would assume only the voting shares matter. Like with Bosch, which is 92% owned by an entity with no voting rights. But maybe that’s not a thing in the US, I dunno.

Largest external shareholder, yes. Still can’t have any real influence. Until they own majority, they’re profit riding much like Sony.
Funny enough Sony paid about the same as Tencent (250m~350m) but due to entering late is only getting ~1.5%, however due to Sony’s ties to the movie industry they work much closer with each other.
Gotta love investing.
