all you have to do is install Windows, an OS that actually works, and extract the archive there.
RAR archives are too advanced for Linux. Linux doesn’t even have thumbnails.-

i’ve never seen a linux image distributed as a rar, this doesn’t even really make sense since there is no free tool to make rars in linux afaik

I don‘t know what exactly you downloaded but it sure as hell is not a zorin iso; correct me if i‘m wrong but 5gb would be a freaking massive iso for any distro, even unzipped. Not exactly ubuntu‘s fault if you decide to unzip 5gb of data trash you likely got off some shady website

linux livecd almost always contain compressed squashfs images as 99% of what’s on the disc, this is why they don’t ship compressed, because they wouldn’t get any smaller anyway
