Today South Korea is armed to the teeth with modern western systems while North Korea has old soviet shit and Chinese hand-me-downs that probably works about as well as the internet does in their country.
The only thing North Korea has going for them is a few nukes and a lot of missile batteries pointed north. So they could kill a lot of civilians before they got stomped hard.
