        I’ve had cosmetic surgeries done
        don’t do it
        you’ll never find satisfaction
and left to your own devices you will eventually heck your shit up as unethical surgeons say "lol free money" when you pull up to their clinic
stop while you can OP it’s not worth it

I am worried about that, yeah. But like I said, the only thing that’s really bothered me about my body was my chin. I think that I have a very attractive face/body besides that. I wasn’t always this vain until I started liking what I look like

          • Anonymous says:

so you’re saying if you fix your chin you’ll like yourself even more and become even more vain and find something else to dislike

            good retort OP

          • Anonymous says:

Nah, I’m saying I only started giving a shit about what I look like after I started actually liking myself. I’ve always wanted to get rid of my fatass chin but I never seriously thought about getting surgery until I dropped 35lb with no results. I lost weight basically only for my face to look better

I’ve kind of accepted that I’ll need surgery. Will Lipo do anything? Or am I doomed

get over it you hecking stupid
don’t you have something else to think about

absolutely nobody on earth is looking at your hecking chin fat
      get some self confidence ffs

how cringe and stupid are you going to feel when everyone who has ever seen you or knows you or look at a picture of you realizes you were so bothered by your chin shape that you paid some hebrew surgeon to "fix" it for you.

imagine explaining that to a girl.
"hey anon how come you look different in this picture"
"oh haha yeah i was so mentally distraught by looking in the mirror at my chin that I paid shekelstein to ((fix)) it haha"
      pic related.

Nobody will know I got Lipo unless I tell them. I just lost a lot of weight. The only thing about my body that I don’t like is my fatass neck/chin. If I can change it, I will.

Why am I not surprised that the incel’s actions are determined completely by pussy? You base your whole life and all your actions around pussy. Absolutely pathetic. If you’re getting cosmetic surgery in an attempt to get pussy you’re already lost.

Yeah, you have to get expensive surgery. Don’t half ass it either. Only way out now is to go full bogdanoffcore. Whatever you do, don’t listen to anyone ITT who tells you to ‘muh lift’, “exercise”, or le ‘just b yourself’ kek. They don’t have your best interests at heart and are only trying to drag you down to their level of cope. Those things are good too and all, but life’s too short to not be happy asap.

    • Anonymous says:

Lmfao. Getting bogged is literally my worst nightmare. Body horror shit. I’m willing to drop a couple grand on a lipo treatment if I can be ensured the results will be good

      this
      you’re mentally weak OP
      obviously very vulnerable to insecurity
      stay away from surgeons
they’ll suck your bank account dry preying on you

I just want to reduce the fat under my chin. Idgaf about the rest of my face or body, I love it. I know surgeons are all hebrew thieves so I won’t fall for their tricks. I have wanted this fat gone since I was like 11 years old. I’m just gonna do it

  2. Anonymous says:

it’s not a matter of fat
    it’s your jaw shape
    how are your teeth OP?
do you have your wisdom teeth?
    do you have crowding?
you look like you have a slight underbite

invisalign might do more to fix your chin than lipo

  3. Anonymous says:

do you have good tongue posture? not saying you need to aggressively mew 12 hours a day but i kinda have this if my tongue isn’t up in the back of my palate.

  4. Anonymous says:

Don’t do it OP! Look into the carnivore diet. At least try it. Maybe then you’ll lose the fat and it will fix your insecurities.

  5. Anonymous says:

OP you look decent, better in the photo on the right but decent. I have had pretty bad chin fat (coupled with a weak chin) ever since I was young because as a toddler I was pretty fat up until the age of like 8 from where I remained consistently skinny/lean. Mewing has helped offset it a bit but I still can’t beat it. According to others you lose it once you’re way older, but I’ve learned to live with it and instead focused on mewing or what I can control.

You look good on the right, but you don’t need to consistently maintain low bf for the sake of a strong jaw unless you’re in modeling or an actor. This type of insecurity to where you want to carve up your own body is on the level of trannies. Leave it and learn to live with it, it’s really not that bad, and once you get old enough nobody cares if you look or don’t look like a ‘sigma gigachad tiktok male specimen’. Some little chinfat like yours won’t even make it to the list of genuinely concerning problems that arise as you age.

      >teeth can’t go any further
They don’t need to go further, you stupid.
      Any orthodontist can fix that.
      Also fix you nasal septum.
Also you most probably had tonsils problem during your childhood or through all your life.

I just don’t understand how my jaw can move forward and not bang my teeth together lmao.

      • Anonymous says:

I haven’t had it done, but I have multiple friends who for many different reasons, some aesthetic & some functional (usually both) have either had their lower jaw moved forward or upper jaw moved forward and it’s usually supplemented with braces & rubber bands attached to those brackets that help correct the new bite
        tl;dr braces

          • Anonymous says:

I’m not a dentist/orthodontist/or have any experience in the field
but different band configurations do different things. It all ultimately is just trying to ensure that your bite is good
You’ll see bands running from the front teeth on the top row connecting to the back of your bottom molars to correct something such as an overjet/overbite, I personally had rubber bands that went from one side near the front on the top connect to the other side on the bottom to try and fix the alignment of my teeth
so yeah it just depends but it all leads into having your bite look good/be functional
btw my dentist fixed my overjet and it made my mouth area look flat and unattractive as heck lol

I’m just asking what it will actually do. I’m not wasting time and money doing something that won’t do anything, or even cause health problems/make me look more stupid

The surgery they’re referring to is called orthognathic surgery, generally performed as double jaw surgery (DJS). The reason it can help a double chin while skinny is because the double chin isn’t solely from fat, it can also be from muscle bunching up or skin bunching up because the jaw is simply not forward enough. Pulling the mandible forward (and the maxilla to match) will stretch the soft tissue below your mandible, allowing it to rest in a more taught position.

Note that DJS is not a cosmetic surgery, it is a health surgery. It cannot be performed by a plastic surgeon unless the surgeon is also double board certified as a dentist who can perform surgery (oral surgeon/maxillofacial surgeon). You also cannot choose to get DJS for no reason – you must either have sleep apnea, jaw issues, or joint issues.

FWIW I tried to get a necklift to deal with my double chin and it backfired horribly. I will echo everyone else here – do not get hecking surgery for this problem. Please try to just accept yourself man, you are fine.

I think I’ve been scared into not getting it now. I’m very sad that my neck looks so bad to me. I wish I could just change it. I’ll just hope that building muscle will help and forget it

there really isn’t any fat there. you’d need to be slicing way and reattaching skin to make it any different.

also you have body dysmophia. your chin looks fine.

I’m not the guy who posted mewing and I agree that it’s BS in the sense of affecting bone past childhood. But "mewing" is really just proper tongue posture, and posture alone is enough to apparently help with this kinda stuff. There is a limit ofc but pic attached is someone who claims they simply improved their posture, worked out more, and adopted proper oral posture (aka mewing) to breathe through their nose 24/7

        >mewing
only works for children who are still growing, adults cannot change their fixed bone structure by pushing with their tongue

        […]
he’s very clearly jutting his chin out in the left picture and pulling his chin towards his neck in the right picture

        >mewing
But it will give OP something to do for a few years and during that time he will get used to it
hell, he may even persuade himself that it’s working and get confidence

If it’s "genetic shaping," it’s still fat. Having fat doesn’t mean you’re unhealthy, even the most cut gymrats have fat. If it isn’t fat, it’s loose skin from weight loss. If it’s "genetic shaping" he can still get super cut (lower his bodyfat percentage) and potentially get rid of it. If it’s skin, surgery is still an option.

          • Anonymous says:

Nobody is saying to do jaw correction via orthodontics, that is not possible. Jaw correction would require oral surgery via an OMFS which you do not need.

Orthodontics also cannot shape or adjust your jaw positions. At best they can move your teeth, which are bones attached to your jaws, but no amount of braces or invisalign will affect your submental tissue.

If it’s "genetic shaping," it’s still fat. Having fat doesn’t mean you’re unhealthy, even the most cut gymrats have fat. If it isn’t fat, it’s loose skin from weight loss. It’s also entirely possible that it’s muscle sagging due to a poor hyoid position. The attached diagram will show what it looks like to have a higher & further back hyoid vs. having a more forward & lower hyoid bone.

Where the hyoid rests will radically affect the submental tissues. This is why sometimes you’ll see people who have very retrognathic jaws but they have completely flat submental planes – forward growth of the jaws is only part of the reason, and fat/excess skin can be part of things too. But there are many anatomical reasons why someone could have a somewhat fat/saggy/weak submental area.

          • Anonymous says:

Some claim that 24/7 mewing and working on posture can help hyoid position but I am doubtful. That said, good posture is always good, so you could work on posture just for health & hope for the best. This would involve things like working with a myofunctional therapist + a personal trainer to improve neck posture, core, glutes, entire posterior chain improvement.

Whether this all helps or not is hard to say. There are little-to-no clinical studies of permanently improving hyoid position just by improving posture.

So generally speaking: no, your hyoid position is fixed by your genetics. You should really just learn to love yourself as you were born. Improve your looks based on what you can control and learn to accept the things that are outside of your control.

seriously you don’t even have to juice, just go every other day for weights and jog for an hour.
I started lifting 6 months ago after being skinnyfat for years and I’m down 15lb and lean. I’m not big, not trying to get big, but I can flex and see my abs for the first time in my life.

  8. Anonymous says:

wdym you look like a totally different person. maybe work out nigga. you were clearly skinny fat in the first pic. having fat deposits makes you look unshapely.
