Check your local laws and regs but I’d suggest starting with weed eater and work your way up from there

If I were a cop or the average citizen I'd take that as a red flag.

It may be legal to walk around with a sword where you are but you'll get a lot of funny looks.

Something like a cane sword most likely wouldn't be allowed because it's illegally concealed.

That would depend on the state.

As long as you are on your own property, sure.
National Forests also, but people will think you are crazy and laugh.

      >National Forests also,
Careful. If it's somewhere you're allowed to hunt and it's hunting season, you may get fined for illegally hunting without a license

Yes, they consider you to be hunting if you're carrying a fucking SWORD lol. This actually happened to my cousin..

Would have to be a retarded game warden to ticket for that. kek

Wasn't a game warden, it was just a cop. Some hunter got pissed because my cousin was on "HIS spot," so he called the fucking cops on him. Naturally my cousin probably told the guy to go fuck himself before the cops got called, but still lol

He was carrying a fucking gladius, btw. Great for hunting?

Cannot enforce game laws. Your friend lied to you and made it up.
Cops would only enforce "tresspassing" law in a hunting situation. No arrests unless they had formally cited him with tresspassing on the same property before or he refused to leave.

Has nothing to do with his sword or hunting.

Well then they must have called a game warden to come out there and cite him then. I saw the ticket with my own eyes, and I was there the day he went in to pay it lol

How do you trespass on public land?

              >Has nothing to do with his sword or hunting.
Apparently it does, shit. Something about carrying a blade over x inches in a hunting location, blah blah blah. Rednecks around here do hunt hogs with a knife, but I don't know if you even need a license to hunt hogs. Never heard of anyone hunting deer with a god damn gladius, but I guess that's what they figured was going on that day, cause 100% they gave him a ticket

That could certainly be the case. DNR would be more likely to faulty ticket someone if called by a LEO just because of peer pressure.
A judge should have dismissed it though if he contested it.

                >How do you trespass on public land?
If was public land, cannot. However there are some rules about you cannot disturb a hunter while they are hunting, and you cannot scare game near them while they are hunting, so you could definitely get arrested and sent to prison even for that. Always be courteous when around people who are hunting, and leave the immediate area.

that's a common antiquated law that was used to arrest blacks and Injuns in the old days. Many states have repealed them, but some still exist.

I do believe Texas has repealed these laws as far as CARRYING a long blade goes (also switchblades and brass knuckles, and probably other shit), but I dunno how that works as far as hunting goes. Surely they couldn't say you were hunting if you were carrying only a pocket knife, right?

Naw you're good in Texas anon. Carry whatever you want as long as it is not in school, church, government building or government facility. Check out the knife link anon posted near beginning of thread.

A kunai is a concealable weapon and there is no jurisdiction in the United States that allows the carrying of concealed weapons. Out of curiosity, why do you want to do this?

The fuck are you talking about? Over 30 states allow that without any restrictions and no permits needed.
      Called "Constitutional Carry".
