even at 6'1'' with imperfect body you can pass, just gotta fashion-maxx (helps a lot to live in colder climates)
Do the strong curves by bret contreras, primarily focus on your lower body and back (thickness, not the width). Add arms, shoulders, lats (back width), and even chest if you really want to, but these normally aren't what trannies are into. Nice thick muscular legs and a strong back, not necessarily big traps, but nice developed romboids that sit right below them look hot af.
And yes, lifting despite being on hrt is a thing, even femboys discovered that shit and that's how hrtwinks/hrtwunks came to be.
Before hitting the gym I'd wait until your T and E levels stabilise.

Basically, train erectors, train rhomboids, and train mid and lower traps. Training upper traps (shrugs and shit like that) isn't really a wise move because it's a VERY male/masc muscles, developed upper traps are a clear sign that a foid is juicing. Unfortunately, we as males have a bit of predisposition to developing upper traps, I saw trannies who don't even take var with noticeable upper traps, and it's not a good look. It just screams moid, and while a cis woman can get away with it to a certain degree, a tranny can't. Targetting lats isn't great for basically the same reason as well.
All that being said, upper traps and lats will still be doing plenty of work while you're doing compound lifts or doing other back exercises. So they'll get toned enough. I'm just advising against doing exercises that target upper traps and lats specifically.

Yes, this is basically exactly what I was talking about, that's what you should aim for. That "hump" in between her shoulder blades is developed rhomboids and lower + mid traps, and then it disappears into nicely shaped spinal erectors. It's hot af.
Just noticed that I forgot to mark lats in my pic. Massive lats is what moids go for, they like them wings, but it just doesn't look all that great on foids and trannies. Toned? Yeah, sexy. Big and wide? Yuck.

Pretty much yeah. Hit rhomboids, hit mid and lower traps, everything else around them will develop incidentally because they'll be assisting those muscles since perfect isolation isn't really a thing.
While erectors will do a lot of work while you're doing deadlifts, especially romanian deadlifts, doing some hyperextensions won't harm you, they're pretty good for your back health.

yeah, but the only issue is that you most likely have a larger ribcage and wider shoulders, in which case even the same amount of muscle will make you look more like a fridge.
you don't have to be a twig, and some muscle in strategic places may actually help hide a wider ribcage, but you have to be careful how you work out.
