High rise was the norm for centuries as it simply compliments the body more, low rise is just a recent fad what will go away eventually. most older gentlmans/traditional clothing is still high rise. It’s not that uncommon honestly.
Dressing feminine as a guy never became less gay. People are just more accepting of it and it immediately tells women you are opting out of the gene pool so it helps them to not waste their time. Also signals to men that you’re not going to be added competition. It’s kind of respectable if you think about it.

The only way to look good and not care about your appearance is to have a cleaninig routine and a uniform.
