        no they didn't. OP's map includes Crete and Cyrene. Both of them were Doric Greek outside the ports of trade and, soon enough, the Greeks would own the ports too.

          Cyrene was always Greek, as for Crete obviously it was Doric Greek even though some Phoenician merchants were stationed in some ports around 800 bc, but they never founded actual colonies there

          even the ports were not held by "phoenicians" I think people tend to confuse phoenician cultural influences with a proper military presence/political control

    Phoenicians in Cilicia / South Anatolia? Those were Greek colonies, same for Crete, Cyrene and most of Cyprus,and Corsica was first Greek and then Etruscan
