Beet sugar is superior to cane sugar

Sugarcane and corn are as genetically similar to each other as chicken is to turkey. They're practically the same thing. If you think cane sugar is better than high fructose corn syrup, then you've fallen for the propaganda.

Before globalization, sugar beets were the dominant source of sugar in the western world. People could drink several bottles of Coca Cola a day and eat three hearty meals a day without becoming obese. What changed in the last couple decades? Beet sugar was replaced by cane sugar and HFCS.

There was a surplus in animal products, due to industrial agriculture influencing the animal husbandry industry. Trying to sell industry surplus via PR/Propaganda is a different tale, than the nutritional content of said surplus. All though surplus exist because of anti biotics, and inferior animal husbandry practices, and even more today than the past, animal products from industrial farms should be avoided at all cost, just like seed oils.

Eggs are fine. Yes they have cholesterol, but

      1. Dietary cholesterol has not been shown to increase blood cholesterol
      2. Eggs contain massive amount of nutrients
      3. Eggs are only 60 calories a pop. And very few people overeat on eggs. 1-2 is satisfying for one meal. 3 max if there is added stuff like butter and salt. Any more and you’re forcing it down like a body builder. So they are quite low calorie but high in nutrients
      4. The amino acid balance in egg whites is fantastic
      5. There is actually empirical data showing that daily egg consumption does not correlate with blood cholesterol or heart disease. Most of the studies showing eggs are bad suffer from healthy user bias

Regarding bacon, I think it could be argued that it’s not the best thing for your health. The curing process is not ideal. However, uncured pork belly is completely fine. It contains lots of fat, donuts high calorie. But it’s also very satiating and contains protein and other nutrients. As part of a balanced diet it is just fine. Probably better than simply never eating animal products at all, which would lead to crippling deficiencies without careful supplementation.

This is all noise. You can get energy from two sources.

        Sugars or Fats
        Sugars are not good.
Fats can come from animal fats, or plant products.
99% of fats from plant products are poison.
This leaves one source of supreme energy left.

Fats from animals. Preferably well managed organic supply chain.

All sugar and carbs can't be tolerated anymore once you get insulin resistance (literally 80% of people, you can verify this with a HOMA-IR test not pulling this out of my ass), it takes around 2 years of completely abstaining from all carbs to reverse it.

        Brain-let take.

The body is an oil refinery. Energy can come from two forms.

Sugar, or fats. The body prefers fats for majority of its caloric energy. About 60%:40%

Carbs all convert to sugars/glucose. Than we have Lactose, Fructose, ect..

The majority of people get their caloric intake from seed oil fats, and glucose/surcose/HFC

The choices of fats can be from industrial dependent seed oils ( high diesel inputs, high downstream petrochemical inputs like pesticides, or from Animals.

Both sources have supply chain issues. Seed oils are poisonous naturally, on top of their industrialized exposure. Animal fats from a bad supply chain are exposed to heavy metals, pesticides, and anti biotics.

The equation is simple. The body is an oil refinery. It can get energy from two sources. Sugars or Fats.

You want quality fats, and sugars. You want more fat than sugar.

There is no quality for the bottom 90% of low caste lumpenprolls, the Ersatz food market i the largest market in the world, and was create due to the ration restraints and deflation during WWI/WWII.

Yes, I agree. If you have sugar, it should only come from fruit. Fruit is scarce, only blooms 1x a year in temperate climate economies. Humans did not develop eating fruit, its has never been this abundant. Its just natures candy. The brain has direct sugar ATP channels, 5x larger than primates. The brain does not mind some sugar, from natural sources.

Your a retard. The best genetic pools from the steppe had 60:40. 60% animal/fats meat. 40% carbs, from plant sources. Carbs convert to sugar. They are not preferable, but the human diet has a extensive and long epigenetic relationship with an index of heirloom pre-annual crops; which no lumpenproll is eating. Ofc the more upper caste you are, the more animal fats are apart of your diet and the ratio goes beyond 60:40. Quit pretending there is no natural law of distribution. Only the most fit, get the best product. The rest eat Ersatz for a reason.

All sugar is poison and only addicts would argue otherwise because they're terrified of losing the strong dopamine hits and coping mechanisms that they provide.

The healthiest foods are animal based. Butter, meat, eggs. They're the most compatible with us. The least inflammatory as well. Grains are the polar opposite. Fruits are to be eaten sparingly, maybe a handful of times a month, although it depends on the type of fruit. Fruit juices and soft drinks are to be avoided at all costs.

Vegetables... depends. Everything has some kind of defense mechanism. Animals use their teeth, claws, horns, weight, etc... plants use spikes, but also various chemicals. These can be irritating. But they're also what gives some of them the flavor that we so like, as strange as that is.

Meat, however? It has no such defense mechanism because the defense was the living animal itself.

All these fucking retards not realizing that ancient societies existed almost solely on carbohydrates generated by food crops.
    Americas - maize/potatoes
    Europe - wheat/barley
    East Asia - rice

In particular, take a look at China. Their entire history is of manlets subsisting solely on rice carbs. Maybe they caught a wild hen or something every once in a while, but otherwise the entire culture is basic rice carbs and some vegetables sometimes.
It's not carbs that are causing diabetes. It's EXCESS carbs. You don't need to drink a quart of soda with your burger, or eat the cookie you get with your sandwich. Those are just excess calories on top of the perfectly fine carbohydrates you would already eat in the buns of your food.
Stupid fags pretend like only eating meat or animal byproducts is the best way to live. For 8000 years, outside of some eggs and milk (which has a good amount of sugar too,) meat was for the few rich.

No, you completely missed my point.
Retards claiming that modern diabetus epidemic is related to standard consumption of food crop carbs is asinine. The betus is a response to modern over-consumption: you're literally stuffing so many carbs into your cells they can no longer respond to insulin because they're FULL. If you consume carbs as a normal part of your diet, you'll be perfectly fine.

Specifically I'm talking to these idiots

All sugar and carbs can't be tolerated anymore once you get insulin resistance (literally 80% of people, you can verify this with a HOMA-IR test not pulling this out of my ass), it takes around 2 years of completely abstaining from all carbs to reverse it.

Low castes have those issues due to mineral deficiencies. That has nothing to do with carb intake, in fact I'd argue that cements my point even farther. Considering they had little supplementary minerals from vegetables or meat, they likely consumed even MORE carb heavy food crops. They still needed the same amount of calories regardless.
            Still no beetus.

These people were were paid in carbs. BAAL is worshiped for this reason, he brings water to the desert, so the preist hood caste can farm a low caste via carbohydrate production which they are dependent on. Religions create organization of society. Civilization comes from arid climates where irrigation took place. People became (civilized) because they were dependent on the water rights that the priesthood controlled. These water rights were the soul soruce of energy production via carbohydrates. There was no fish, no big game, and no other source of food for the lower caste. Owning livestock was even illegal for the plebs in most of these places as well. The Hoover dam, even has iconography dedicated to this structure. "The desert blooms because your sacrifice" is inscribed on such monuments which are dedicated to that centralized water project. Nah, have 10,000 acres of pastoral land. Sucks to be you.

As to the no fishing or game - that's just wrong. Fishing was absolutely a standard in some societies, and a good source of other nutrition than carb crops.
Livestock was owned by the lords, just like the land. It doesn't mean the middle caste (merchants, warriors, etc.) didn't eat some meat too.

I'm confused by your attempt at superiority while also just being schizoidal.

Carbs do not give you mineral content. They are just plants which express higher sugar content. The body is not designed to process carbs. The 4 stomachs are for breaking down and fermenting complex carbohydrates present in most plants. We're not eating the entire plant like a ruminant would.
            >wheat is just grass
Originally it was, but it's been bred to be rich in what we want - simple carbs. Much like how the plumpest chickens have their eggs hatched, or the cow with the most milk. Our ancestors impact on our current world is absolutely unavoidable.

No, most places that ran on a water rights irrigation system, had bi laws, which did not allow pesants to openly exchange in trade, swim, or have livestock. This is how egypt ran. Today, the average Egyptian is dependent of five free pieces of bread, subsidized by the govt, it makes up the majority of the caloric base for the lumpen proll caste which is 99% of egytp. Your confusing Yeoman caste systems for carbohydrate irrigation caste systems. Big mistake. The Persians who ruled Cathay China lost to the khanites, because they had no fit military, as they only employed a carbohydrate caste system.
