All you have to do is have an open heart, be genuine and communicate with them through prayer. That's it. Plain and simple. Whatever your intentions, whether it be to establish a personal relationship with them, show them your appreciation, gain their assistance in various situations, etc., all you have to do is pray.
The best thing to do for that is to have a quiet space where there aren't any sources of interruptions or having the least amount that are possible. For example, if you have certain things which may throw you off like a neighbor's barking dog, go to your closet or basement, or wherever is the more tranquil. In short, make your environment the best suited to be give your time and attention towards your prayer as is personally possible.
Now, various Magickal devices and techniques can help aid the process, but are not required. It truly depends on the type of person you are and what you think will aid your own ability to be immersed within the experience. You can use Mantras; performing Intonation to bring them about. Looking at sigils does help as well. Both of these, I do recommend that you do, but aside from that, not much else. Physical items can be of use, but that is up to you to acquire and use if you feel inclined to.
Since Archangel Michael is the most reknown and popular, I'm sending you their sigil as picrelated. Also, I'm posting a link of the book it is sourced from, which has the sigil for the other Archangels (associated with the Tree of Life), Uriel (who adamantly states is not to be lumped in witj the Tree of Life system) and many more Angels. The text is "Angelic Sigils, Keys and Calls" by Ben Woodcroft. There are written Invocations in there which you can choose to use if you feel inclined, yet as I said, they are by no means required. Speaking from the heart in a less recited and formalized manner is what I recommend, just as I do for myself and others.

and many others who clearly do not have the "eyes to see", these should be rather effective for you. Of course, there is always a level of variance and independent circumstances, yet as long as you remain genuinely open to the experience, anything can happen.
The one caveat I will state is that if you are asking for assistance with something, being precise with your words is key. For example, phrasing that however something is done, that it doesn't do harm towards anyone. I’m not sure. What has been revealed to me is that these humans will give up their free will as it manifests in humans and become direct avatars of God. They have to forfeit this element of humanity. They will be like angels, but very distinct from angels, although why they are necessary when angels are already a thing and why now rather than 1,000 years ago or 1,000 years from now, I don’t know. Humans who hear the call are being drawn to the Logos and each time they visit, they become a little more connected to a collective consciousness that itself flows from the Heavens. They become less human and more divine. Not Gods, but parts of God. None of it seems to make any sense yet. It’s as if the Heavens are “training” people before telling them what they’re up against.
