Neither of these will work. The depression is caused by environmental factors that are out of the control of any individual person. Ultimately you should just kill yourself and name the people responsible in your suicide note, so that they can face some sort of consequence for what they did to you.

I thought they just averaged the subscores. That's interesting. I took one in middle school and got ~145 on everything except processing speed, on which I got a ~120 I think. My overall score was like 138. I feel like I'm actually a faster thinker than that though.

I’d argue that having a high iq doesn’t mean your smart tbh. neither does having academic qualifications. If a dumb motherfucker is doing better than you in life off his own back then who’s the dumb motherfucker really. On the other hand the smart guy understands that you should be getting the absolute maximum possible for the absolute minimum. If you can get paid a full wage for half assing it and really doing about 3 hours of work a week then you’d be stupid to bother trying hard. But on the other hand it’s about knowing when you’re in the sweet spot and not limiting yourself by checking out too early and blowing your potential to make more doing less. This is just a hypothetical by the way obviously how much money you can make isn’t necessarily a measure of intelligence. Replace money with whatever other goal you may have OP. If your goal is to do little and play vidya and you’ve put yourself in a position where you can do exactly that, is that not a smart choice? The truly smart choice would be to find a path to make this goal sustainable indefinitely till you die

Yeah, these goals are pretty mid. What would you want most if reality itself had no limitations? Nothing is off the table - you could do magic, turn into a different person, turn into an animal, bring someone back from the dead, change the course of past events or the flow of time. What would you do? Usually, real desires get buried over time by a stream of crushing obligations and expectations, especially for intelligent people. But they’re still there. I find that thinking of it in those terms can help. And it can always be translated into humanly possible goals after the fact.

I started being able to recognized other "poets" in the last year or so something about the word choice, cadence, and metaphors lets me know if someone is in the game.
I did a course called Power Outside The Matrix by John Rapaport and one of his suggestion was to listen, read aloud with emotion. and write poetry.
I also copy poems and raps by hand if they are based at least 2x to kinda understand what the author was thinking atm. Did it with eminem's Lose yourself homeboy was starving, angry and emotional.
                >Don’t really care about being doxxed on LULZ I’ve not done anything wrong. Hard to believe I’ve been after it a decade and done nothing except build a studio and fuck around. I’ve got endless content I should record though.
Do it my boy Persistence keep at it till something sticks. And taking a course or 2 on branding, marketting and copywriting wouldn't hurt.
                Here's my burner discord.

I ran into another rapper in the streets of LA by a hot dog stand by chance amd how he talked was different, Im always asking about the writing process.

Totally feel you. I just never put it out, had big goals and let them die out. Not bullshit fame and fortune goals but goals that do better when you’re not flying solo. Drifted socially and became jaded with people the last few years so it got put on the back burner. Ocassionally I’ll get excited about it again but usually just reach the point of why bother and go back to doing my own thing. Added you on discord

I would rather be an egotistical high IQ outcast with my own things that bring me happiness, while understanding how they work. For example dumb religious people think god is real and so their religion brings them gratitude and whatnot, but smart religious people know that god isn't real, but still understand how religion works and all of its benefits, they know it's purpose.

I apologize. If it helps, I don’t talk this way in real life. I do this online because it seems to make people more comfortable.

Well in that case, I’d suggest that you literally sort out your priorities. Find or make some lists of generally desirable goals and/or wishes, and try to genuinely imagine having those things. Then sort them in order of what you would want slightly more than the others. Even if you don’t feel drawn to anything initially, you may start to notice patterns related to which ones repulse you slightly less than the others. This is just one potential method, but you have to figure out what you want. Not knowing your own desires is a huge issue if you want to fulfill them.

You're asking room-temperature IQ normies on how to live you life, not something a smart person would do. /adv/ is shit and you would be better sitting down to think about what you want from life than asking some braindead normie homosexual from here.

I think normal ppl have parts of their life's figured out because they don't overthink stuff. Whats good for the goose is good for the gander... at times.

Just imagine what a normie would say and those are your answers. Normies don't have new solutions, they're predictable. You need to live your live a novel way that doesn't fit into the normalfag paradigm. The only way forward is through introspection, that's the cost of being at the top of intelligence. Be real, G.

You're a liar. If you can't make money, you're not smart, you're also evil because you're letting the smart bad guys win - maybe you are one of them. The smartest men of all time have all worked in finance. It's the only field where genuine intelligence and creativity actually matters, because there's nothing to memorize and deploy. At a certain point, it ceases to be about money and begins to become the profound question of computizing time itself, so there's no 'muh das lige maderialisd and vapid.'
If my IQ was 160+ and I was 'too good or lazy for money,' I would at least post schizoencrypted advice on LULZ.

I feel bad for high iq people just because society doesn’t value gifted individuals or put them to use for meaningful tasks. I notice that 130+ tend to be like this.
    >depressed
    >uninspired
    >hopeless
You see that everything is pointless and there is no true goal in our current society. You’re eventually going to either go full self destructive NEET or become a terrorist. It’s the fate of all high iq individuals. Your only positive option is to play the systems game and use your iq to easily climb a ladder in something you’re good at. At least once you’ve reached the top you can make more money.

Try escapism. Works for me, at least to some degree. Sprinkle some drugs on the top to make it even better.
I'm in a similar boat where I have no goals or passions, I don't care about women money or success. Every decision in life, my education, degree, work, was made based on expectations of others, mostly my parents. "You're a smart kid' they said, so I picked a degree for smart kids. Smart people don't work at McDick's so I have a job for smart people. I don't give a fuck about it, I don't like to tap at the keyboard most of the day, I'm not interested in smart people stuff. But I'm also not interested in anything else so here I am. I'm not bothered by my life being decided by others because if I had to make those decisions myself I'd rather just lie in bed, do nothing and deterioate.
What I do to slog through this is just escapism, real life is just a distraction from the world inside my head. Being able to go to that better place is a reward for waking up, going to work, working out. It's enough to motivate me to do things, at least for now.
I guess if independent life stops working for me at some point I'll just join the military, then once again I'd be told how to live my life and I get to shoot guns from time to time.
