They do, but cash and real estate is all you're gonna get with crypto here. Banks don't want crypto-tainted money.
But some brokers know how to make a 3-way contract with a middleman with a bank account in India, which basically allows you to pay around 2% of the total as a fee and buy any real estate in crypto.

I flew all the way to Singapore, talked with their staff for a month, created a spreadsheet with etherscan links and internal links to other spreadsheets with stamped transaction records from Binance/Huobi, still gave me a NO (only 10% of SoF could be from crypto, they literally made this shit up because of me).
When I actually bought my first apartment here, I had to send the money in Tron USDT lmfao. Then, as I withdrew, for the first time in History Binance blocked my account and made me do KYC all over again. Mind you, I've had larger withdrawals while simply moving coins from one chain to another. I was scared shitless for a week until I received my docs from the land department, kek.

Basically, go to a real estate broker company with good reputation, so you'd know that they'd lose more than they'd gain by scamming you.
