Consent is perpetual, you cannot revoke it once the act it's given for happens, and you can consent to getting fucked in your sleep (a lot of people do this).
You can revoke consent for all future acts, this does require stating "I want to stop" or similar. If you cannot do this best option is to not have sex, maybe not interact with people at all.
