Just be yourself. A decent way is through styling for your body type. Worst case you can get shoulder narrowing surgery or something but you don’t look bad imo. Just gotta play to your strengths.
But if anyone else has tips I’d love to hear them.

My physical therapist told me my shoulders got bigger the other day and I guess he noticed my reaction because he had to say that’s a good thing
Iirc darker colors on the top, articles that cover your shoulders, lighter colored bottoms, etc. these sorta give the illusion that the bottom is bigger than the top.
If you’re in the US, just go try stuff on with a friend and experiment with it.
Truthfully, at some point your just have to let it go and be ya self.

That’s a nice top and the outfit looks good but like the other anon said you just have to wait and see sometimes and that fat distribution takes 5 years so just be patient. Maybe try cardigans, flared jeans/pants, etc.

I can only do like 2-3 plates on the leg press and one plate squat. I typically eat somewhere around 1500 calories a day
I used the injections, it’s definitely real but I didn’t know what I was doing. When I went in for the first blood test my levels were way too high

Try eating 100-200 calories above what you burn in total. That way is a steady weight gain. Also try strong curves for a program. For sure you want to be progressing with your lifts. Pick a program and stick to it. If you’re starting out do starting strength that way you have a good foundation.

Yeah the Otonoko stuff is super high concentration. I just followed the recommended amount on the product page
GOMAD if you struggle with calories or you could incorporate a metric ton of protein powder and food.
When I was lifting prior to HRT I struggled with the weight gain so I just drank a half gallon of milk on top of what I ate for the day.
I gotta buy a bunch of protein shakes I guess
Go on Amazon, buy the 5LB bag of Dutch chocolate protein powder, then go to the store and get milk or whatever you wanna mix it with. I also recommend a collagen supplement cause it’s good for your skin and joints.
I have protein powder, I’m just too cringe to put it in the blender to make shakes because I don’t want to clean it
