Currently in the UK as an international student and going to finish my studies soon. I am from a country in the middle east which I won't name, where homosexuality is surpsingly legal. I am also an atheist if it's somewhat relevant.
Now, I am bisexual with more preference to men than women, and I like to put on makeup(sometimes) and in general I have just been unhappy with my masculinity, and I don't really identify as a dude but not a woman either (so I am not trans).
I've been thinking about applying for asylum as I don't really feel safe in my country, nor are there any laws protecting my rights in general. I'm not gonna lie, I look quite gay as well even though I act normal.
Since I haven't been prosecuted, and I am just basing this off the fact that I have no rights, and that the police could make up anything to just arrest gay people (happens a lot), and especially since homosexuality is dejure legal in my country, what are the reasonable chances of getting asylum? I feel like I'll definitely have it rejected.
Also, no I am not an economic migrant and I have over $25k in savings, so it's unreasonable to assume I am doing this for economic incentives.
You gone be the next Eden knight if I have anything to do with it boy.
>arab
>tranny-adjacent homo
yeah the home office will love you
no we're full
The U.S., Canada, or Austrailia would likely be much more welcoming of you than anywhere in Europe tbh
>Austrailia
No our government hates migrants and our immigration is brutal. We gatekeep really hard because its how we grow our population/exploit minorities/do eugenics. Besides, i know someone who tried the im gay thing and it didnt work
>UK
>Europe
>yeah, we're totally an island in the mid Atlantic far removed from the continent and totally not well within sight of France
Now I understand why the Australians call you septics.
>Brown
>Tranny
>AMAB
Go to Canada, I'm not saying this as a "fuck off we are full". Seriously don't come to Britain, it might be better than an Arab shithole but you can do so much better.
What's wrong with Britian? I'm already here and I like it

the UK is at the forefront of the pushback against trannyism.
if you're not a tranny it's okay.
being an arab is more immediately relevant than being a faggy bi guy who wears makeup
i would not suggest op goes to france, for example

Claiming asylum from countries where being LGBT is illegal is already difficult
If it's legal where you are, there's basically no chance unless you can prove that you're in fear for your life from your local community (and then it's still 50/50)
Your best bet is to do what my ex has done (he's similar to you, although he's actually 100% gay) and get a job here that'll cover your visa and then longer term get indefinite leave to remain
t. someone who used to assist lgbt refugees in trying to claim asylum (no that's not how I met my ex)
>and I don't really identify as a dude but not a woman either (so I am not trans).
sounds like nonbinary which roughly falls under the trans umbrella tho it's still probably useless for asylum claims in your case
best advice
you have to go back

canada will be much safer for you than bongland ever will. your choice though.

You're not getting asylum for being an Israeli or Cypriot fag lmao
It's an Arab country, and it's definitely not as safe for queer people as it is in Israel or Cyprus.
Only issue is that I'm already in the UK, if I go to Canada on a tourist visa and claim asylum, they'll place me in refugee centres with people that think homosexuals should be stoned, so in itself the idea is risky.
It's a very homophobic country, even crossdressing would see me get instant jail time. In fact if I travel back with makeup on, I'll be arrested upon arrival, that's if I don't get punched in the flight from other Arabs
>It's an Arab country, and it's definitely not as safe for queer people as it is in Israel or Cyprus.
Then it's gotta be Lebanon.
No, even Lebanon is safer for gay people than my country. I don't want to dox myself but that map posted is wrong
>I don't want to dox myself but that map posted is wrong
Yeah apparently it's legal in Jordan and Bahrain too. Can't be Malta because they fuckin love fags there for whatever reason.
