Oh how I have been longing for this question. It’s really easy! You can see birds anywhere. What I recommend doing is getting some kind of field guide. The Merlin app is totally free and has really cool features like photo ID, song ID, it sorts most likely birds by location and date, etc. Then you can start identifying birds you see and learning more about them. Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhh I just made some changes to my basic alfredo sauce starter.
In a pot or deep skillet melt a stick of butter on just below medium heat. Add 2 cups of heavy cream, 3 cloves of fresh minced garlic, and a dash or maybe quarter teaspoon each of salt and pepper. Gently stir until you see simmering bubbles forming. Begin adding like a cup of grated parmesan cheese by the handful until it mostly mixes in to the sauce consistency and then cut off the heat. Do not keep it on the heat any longer than you have to because the cream can break and ruin it.
It is really simple but very easy and you can add anything to it like cajun seasoning for a cajun alfredo easily.
