2 miles was totally mid, but 3 miles gave me serous results. Past that it just made my legs and knees hurt too much. idk how cross country people can run crazy amounts of miles every day. That shit kills me.

My ex gf's dad was a marathon runner. In old age he ended up with blown out veins from all the running. American sports obsession turns people into proles and shits up schools with nonsense.

That's a lot. If you're doing a regular gym schedule with some cardio mixed in, you won't be reaching those numbers.

      Anonymous

      For years I did

      >3-4x gym / some form of strength training
      >1 hr of cardio on weekday mornings (guerilla sprints, runs, stair runs, hills, anything to keep it entertaining)
      >1-2 hours of cardio Tu/Thu (soccer)
      >2-4 hours cardio on weekends (soccer)

My resting heart rate was around 47. Now I'm all fucked up, though. That type of obsessiveness is not healthy. There was no real reason for it. I didn't even watch my diet and drank tons of booze of all types every night. My shirt after my morning workout smelled like Jack Daniel's every day. I just liked being really active and liked the feeling of making my mind be in charge of my body. But I'd dial it back if I could do it again, because I have limited movement in three limbs and knee and hip issues in my 40s.

Eating meat is great. Unlike Veganism eating anti-nutrient beans well an egg has unquestionably all the nutrients that make up an animal in it's entirety. Humans (men/women/children) have lasted entire ice ages eating nothing but meat and ended up leaving strong bones and good teeth. You're not wrong and meat is not the cause of disease.

Modern meat cooking with low temperature pre-preparation may be a cause of disease as it doesn't kill off extremophile bacteria. Modern coffeemakers are a place extremophile bacteria love to grow, along with your blood vessels. So studies where someone had a coffee with a burger at mcdonalds are well, contaminated with error and missing the point.

this confirms my theory that it's primarily genetic. asians are less susceptible to artery plaque than euros. i also think it has nothing to do with diet, stress actors are more likely.

I think you're being confused by correlation. How do you explain the Mexicans? They are quite literally on the whole anywhere from 30 to 70 percent white genes. By your theory they should be even worse off than whites because of the mixture of bad white genes and bad indigenous genes. And in some regards they are worse off as indicated by diabetes but if you accept theory found in the graph, its the food that's causing the harm. Mexico is the biggest consumer of Coke i.e. HFCS and yet they don't have as high an incidence of cancer and whatnot because they eat more plants and not as much meat

Fair warning with K2, start off with a half capsule. This is because you may or may not have a deficiency. If it gives you a surplus you can end up with nasty panging headaches. If you are deficient you may be suffering from migraines already. I am not deficient and never taking that shit again. Had headache spikes off and on for the next 24 hrs from just half a capsule.

K2-MK7 for calcification reduction. Thank me later.

      Anonymous

      >K2-MK7
You're not wrong, most people are deficient in k2 and when they chug a handful of tums, the calcium ends up getting lodged in blood vessels. K2 will improve calcification scores and everyone should be supplementing unless they regularly eat Kim-Chi. K2 is great for blood pressure. With modern diets, most people should be on K2.

That' said, calcified stiff arteries are still not the cause of plaques typically associated with narrowed blood vessels. You can thank bacterial infections for that.

  25. 3 weeks ago
    Anonymous

Artery calcification? God damn is this still the 90's. Crack open a journal in the last decades, your blood vessels have bacteria in them doing 90% of the shit you associate with artery calcification.

    Concepts to understand:
    - You have bacteria and viruses in your blood vessels.
    - "Skin viruses" like herpies also fuck up blood vessels
    - "Lung infections" like C Pneumonia ultimate target is blood vessels not lungs. Also found in unclean coffee makers & starbucks/mcdonalds..., so imagine how that skews studies.
    - Unimportant "acne" skin bacteria infects blood vessels and joint replacement parts after surgery.
    - Raising your immune cell levels is probably more effective then exercise for all of the above.
    - Exercise helps by triggering small bacteria plaques to break up in response to stress hormones as it's the large plaque breakups that kill.
    - Animals have heart attacks from large bacterial plaques breaking up and triggering clotting.
    - Slow growing plaques are loaded with bacteria and cholesterol is a patch to keep that garbage out of circulation.

Latest issue is the covid vaccine doesn't stay in the arm and systemically distributed. It's bad enough that the vaccine is causing immune cells to attack the linings of blood vessels and organs. But worse is the bacteria in your blood vessels transcribed the MRNA and seems to use it to cause rapid damage in a sort of "turbo arteriosclerosis" goes great with the "turbo cancer's" many people are also getting from those injections.

Big picture is, exercise works that chart by causing small bacterial slime layers to breakup earlier then what would kill you. That's 90% of how that works. And exercise wears the body down, no shit. Best piece of advice is avoid coffee makers and do your best to kill bacteria in your blood vessels, maybe Thymus extract to boost T-Cell levels, antibiotic supplements like Oregano and anti-coagulant enzymes like nattokinase to prevent clotting and damages slime layers...
