Light/Dark is not the same as Good/Evil.
To me Light and Dark are about the soul. Soul is Light. The illusion that things exist outside the soul is a shadow, thus Dark.
Both Good and Evil exist in darkness.
And there are no souls who worship true darkness. It's impossible. Because no soul in darkness can see true darkness for what it is.
It can only be seen from the light.
Your impression is not 1:1 with what OP is talking about
Will you side with death, or life?
Hell, or Heaven? Evil, or good? Fear or love? Hate or compassion? Etc etc
>death, or life?
what do you even mean? mortals die. >Hell, or Heaven?
I'm pagan, and think there are multiple possibilities in the afterlife. >Evil, or good?
whose ethical theory? Or more to the point good for whom? >Fear or love? Hate or compassion?
In what context? Even granting you that those are opposite, as words like "love" have multiple meanings, opposites differ only in degree. They are poles on the same spectrum, and so which one depends on the environmental stimulus, on the context. In some contexts hate can be appropriate, and love or compassion would not be.
Everything is relative: if the light and dark exert pulling force on grey, grey exerts a pulling force on light and dark. They pay the entropy-cost of exerting the pulling force, but they do not have an unlimited entropy-budget, as not successfully pulling grey into their camp constitutes a lack of success, which is not rewarded.
As they pull, of time, their ability to remain stable themselves decreases.
In truth, both light and dark are trapped: exerting equal force, in opposite directions, mediated by grey: a deadlock.
how do you choose
By choosing consciously that you belong in one or the other
>Its literally that simple
>You can't stay indecisive forever
why is that ?
I want to muddy the line and blur the divide using my own blood as paint as it splatters onto everyone?

It cannot, but not seeing the truth is in accordance with the nature of darkness.
I'm under the impression darkness represents irrationality and emotion, and light represents reason. I'd pick darkness.

DARK AND LIGHT AAAAA IM SO DIVIDED ABOUT THIS FALSE DICHOTOMY

Neither, I want to flip the gameboard upside down and knock all white and dark pieces off.
You need to approach a singularity in the system for that.
darkness know the harsh hidden truths of reality, light is just pure delusion and optimism
give me the dark hood
>Side? I'm on nobody's side, because nobody is on my side little orc. Nobody cares for the woods anymore.
