Eh, that’s about the age stuff like this shows up. They’re not that deep. You don’t look 50. They’ll look pretty much invisible in most lighting.

I’d recommend adding sunscreen. I heard people had success in reducing wrinkles with tret.

I bought a moisturizing facial sunscreen this week, I wore it for the first time yesterday.

There it is again. The cope by people who don’t know what the hell they’re talking about. Sunscreen impedes the bacteriostatic and fungicidal effects of UV irradiation of the sun thereby promoting the proliferation of flora that leads to acne which 100% is more damaging to the texture and wrinkles than any amount of SUN. There is only one way to prevent sun induced aging and that is MT2 which ensures more melanin as a base which is more effective in SPF than mineral based sunscreens. Synthetic sunscreens can be neurotoxic.

That’s an extremely sad thing to do and worst of all it doesn’t even work. Your body produces less colagen for the skin as you age and the main determinator for wrinkles is genetics. But everyone will get them eventually provided they don’t die young

Yes. It’s not that bad right now if it makes you feel any better. Just make sure you exfoliate, moisturize and sunblock as necessary to keep from getting worse too fast (it WILL get worse). Do your makeup right and nobody will notice.

    > or am I just being stupid?
These are not mutually-exclusive things, stupid.

I don’t really wear makeup tbh, maybe some mascara if I’m trying to be pretty but that’s it. Will retinoids make them go away?

Get on retinol, stuff’s pretty great.

Do combine with a moisterizer though, especially in the beginning it tends to irritate and dry your skin

Those are just fine lines, not age lines, absolutely normal to have and is exacerbated by dehydration. You’re gonna know when you see your first age lines trust me
Drink more water and moisturize and they should be pretty much invisible

This. You can spend money and time preserving a youthful appearance, or can age with dignity like the rest of us poor bastards.
