Nobody wears linen for a slim fit. Linen clothes are "traditional" and come in regular slightly loose fit. They’re mostly worn during summers and the loose fitting makes them more breathable.

They’re supposed to look good on the rack and in the changing room and then never be worn again. Think of it like giving blood but with hundred dollar bills.

Yeah linen is meant to be a little more roomy than others as it’s mainly worn as a hot weather fabric where you don’t want clothes hugging your skin. Just gotta suck it up or wear something else like cotton.

Can anyone recommend some good quality linen shirts available in EU? Price range is anything (40-100). My only requirment really is that it should be sourced and made in EU.

linen is a stiffer fabric than cotton and it doesn’t have any stretch, so you wear it looser to compensate.

When buying shirts, you should always buy the size of that fits your torso, then take it to a tailor to have the sleeves shortened to the appropriate length if necessary.

Or just don’t buy that brand if the ratio of chest size to sleeve length is so inconsistent with your body type.
