it is pretty strange that fentanyl is being put in non-opioid drugs like cocaine and meth. Why would you put fentanyl in a stimulant ? It sounds like a deliberate attempt to kill off drug users.
I literally lost two friends in the span of a month from fentanyl ODs. I've known them for years and never known them to do drugs like heroin or meth so they probably had it laced into their weed or something. It just sucks so much.
I honestly think people who sell and manufacture fentanyl should be given lightning fast trials and then be swiftly executed.

I'm a psychiatrist and this type of shit drives me up the wall, if you take a drug, and it is laced with something else (fentanyl) that harms you, it isn't a fucking overdose, it is a POISONING.
We really need to be calling a spade, a spade here. Overdoses are taking a dangerous amount of a substance that you already know you're taking, either deliberately for suicidal purposes, or by some mistake (whoops my tolerance isn't what it used to be).

This line of reasoning isn't too far off. Whats really happening is essentially cross-contamination in the drug world. Fet is finding its way into other drugs because fucking drug dealers don't fucking clean surfaces after scaling out one product after another. Fet has a lower dose than other drugs so if your dealer or distro was scaling out fet then switches to coke or speed and you snort that good fuckin luck kid.

The reason products like mainly heroin are streched with fent is because its cheaper and its an active component - its profit maximization. 1 part heroin, 1 part fent 1 part baby powder sell for the price of 3 units of heroin

Fentanyl is something like x40 times more potent than heroin. At your suggested ratios there, you're definitely killing people. There's also shit thats 100 time more potent than fentanyl, "the fent" is used generically for "opiate" in many cases.
It easily would be enough fentanyl. Fentanyl is dosed in micrograms. I'll use a patch as an example to put it in perspective for you. A 50mcg/hr patch has about 5mg of fentanyl in it, and they last 72hrs. That's being absorbed through your skin slowly throughout the day and is used for severe pain relief. 1mg of fentanyl is equivalent to about 100mg of morphine, and that's a low estimate. 100x stronger than morphine, 50x stronger than heroin. Just a single mg of that shit getting mixed in to something is enough to fuck up someone who has absolutely 0 tolerance to opioids. 1 part fentanyl 1 part heroin would fucking kill an experienced user. You have no idea what you're talking about

When I worked as a security guard, I encountered homeless junkies ODing twice. The first thing you hear is very labored breathing and snore-like sounds. It's loud. They're unresponsive, so all you can do is call 911. A cop shows up and shoots narcan up homeless guy's nose. Homeless guy awakes and saunters off like nothing happened.
