Are fat people less spiritual

Is fat paranormal? Incredibly easy to gain. Hard to lose. Once you have it, it never actually leaves.

Combined with how fat people are always lethargic. Inactive. Gluttony, sloth, greed, lust. Envy. Wrath. Even pride.

Then of course they get more diseases and sicknesses than healthy people. Is this God's way of punishing them

Seems like being fat is incredibly worse physically and spiritually than being healthy.

Does God even care about fat people? It doesn't seem like it

Today most obesity is the result of shitty extremely high carb diets comorbid with all kinds of mental illness that people don't realise is caused nutrient deprivation.
But it is possible to be a wise, kingly fatass. More common when obesity used to be restricted to elite classes.

It seems like being obese is just the simple byproduct of being a less good person in general. Probably even spiritually

People who cannot take care of their own body have absolutely no right to tell others how to live their own life, that's for sure

Goes to show why all of our politicians are fat fricks, and why the world is equally shit

I'm starting to doubt so. Even back then fat was always seen as a sign of excess. Excess wealth and excess food. To be fat was a sign that you weren't poor. Thats how the fat Buddha came about. By the want of excess, the fat Buddha was supposed to bring abundance to you.

Paranormal? I would say no but it does show on what level people consciousness are.
Obesity leads to degradation of the mind and body

It's almost as if fat is a demonic entity attaching itself to you and siphoning your spirit and vitality away

Not entity, but its a good sign you've fricked up either by laziness gluttony or you've got a serious health issue, shame lazy people love psyops like healthy at any size. Another thing to look out for is people tearing you down just to spite you. My stepdad before he realized how evil he was being tore me down emotional so badly i wouldnt get oout of bed or do anything and discarded most of my.good habbits, the road to physical and spiritual recovery has been long and painful XD walking 10+ miles a day as an obese man to check applications for a couple years whilst said butthole belittles you and calls you a lazy worthless pos has a way of making you either suicidal or learning to let it fall off, glad to say the latter.

If only I had regular access to a pool, I don't think I'd be nearly as fat. But a fatty making excuses, I guess that's what they do.

    that's a lie
eat more carbs than protein to gain weight
eat more protein than carbs to lose weight
    dead easy

choosing macros isn't going to get you below 20% bf, it's the reason why there's no lean ketotards
body fat is easy to gain because we have something called hunger
it's hard to lose because fullness only happens after you've eaten
it's not very easy and not very hard. it's fair

Not true at all. You can still go over in calories which will make you gain weight regardless of what protein to carb ratio you have.

its based on us navy research from the 1930s
the calorie thing is a pretty recent invention to create one easy number for american lardasses to lose weight
        pretty good rabbit hole actually

If I eat multiple large portion of steak with 0 carbs I'm going to gain weight. If I eat below my maintenance calorie value I'm going to gain weight

Your data assumes you're eating a regular healthy sized portion. Which is what calorie is measuring, how big your food portions are

Then how do you explain me losing weight by barely moving and eating 4 double quarter pounders with bacon every day for a week?

            Anonymous

You have no proof of these claims. You must also be fat af if 2800 calories is your below maintenance.

Post body now or shut the frick up

You know what, you're right. It wasn't 4 every day, sometimes it was only 3, but that was because I got chips too, and a vanilla coke. I have the glasses to prove it. And my belt was getting looser, so there's evidence of the weight loss.

To be fair it's complicated by the fact that 1 calorie of protein takes significantly more energy to burn than 1 calorie of carbs or fat. On the whole a high protein diet would make you lose weight faster, but obviously you couldn't eat 4000 calories daily and do nothing.

I find it hard to lose weight and still be muscular. I'm about 170lbs. I want to get to 140 to be a lean mean machine. Yet I can't drop past 160 without very intense fasting.

I'm eating about 1000-1200 calories a day. I run 2 miles 3 times a week. Also some minor heavy lifting. Yet I stay in the 167 range no matter what.

How hard does a guy need to work out to lose 30lbs when you're already pretty slim. I'm about 15% bf. Can see ab definition, but I have love handles and clearly enough fat to lose at least 20lbs of it without getting into health issues. It just won't go away. I'm starting to agree with OP, fat must be evil
