Anyone have experience with bonesmashing?

Anyone have experience with bonesmashing?
I’ve heard conflicting reports that it’s bone growth, or that it’s just scar tissue. Anyone know?

Also, does anyone know where I can find clothes similar to the red dead 2 style? Like The Chevalier outfit. Thanks

Thats bullshit anon. I was 62 kg with 1.81 height. I looked sickly, but still had weak jaw and chubby cheeks.
I am now 70 and started to exercise, both body and face

Weight loss. I’m a artgay and his face lost mass it didn’t gain mass. His neck waddle is gone, cheeks are hollow, neck is thinner. Mashing bones doesn’t make a waddle and neck fat fade.

So went skinny fat to fit. Weak muscles + fat. Like this anon said.

            >he had no cheekbones or jawline before
            yeah mate, that’s weight loss.

Good for you for exercising. Skinny fat is the worst body type.

He had nice facebones under the fat, you didn’t, simple as that. I guarantee you still look miles better than before.

        weight loss+fillers

Why the heck would this work? Or do you just want it to be true? This is just like the bullshit massages or spices balding people rub in their hair- it doesn’t work, but they just want something to do to COPE

I did bonemashing for a week on my jaw, but stopped after realising the problem is not the bone itself, but the muscles.

So i started chin and jawline exercises. In fact, atm I am doing chewing exercise.

I will do exercises for few months, let my muscles find its place, and then reconsider, bonesmashing.

But just like I’ve told in the beginning, most of the time problem is not on the bones, but on the muscles

This male model named Luca Marchesi jawmaxxed himself to freakish levels using jaw exercises. He refers himself as the ”CEO of Jawline” an imo he’s earned that lofty title.

Also notice how lookism e celebs never post videos of themselves in motion and decently far away from camera.
