If you have those garter style shirt stays that are fixed at your upper thigh you can adjust the length so it lets your shirts get a puff without being able to fully pull out of your pants really easily.
That’s how I do it. I don’t really like how it looks when the shirt is being visibly pulled down so I do it loosely like that. Gives me the piece of mind of the shirt not becoming untucked but doesn’t make it look like I’m wearing a uniform either.
They really made life a lot easier for me, I totally recommend trying some.
A cheapo chink pair on Amazon is less than 10$ and works perfectly fine

The cheap shirt stays that attach to your socks suck. I bought a cheap pair that attach to your thigh and they work fine. Kind of sucks if you wear them for 12 plus hours though because its like a rubber band around your thighs.
