This. We used to treat things like homosexuality and behavior disorders with strong social sanctions. Autism used to be a devastating diagnosis because the only people who got diagnosed were catastrophically unable to be socialized. Now we don’t do that so marginal cases of ASD pop up a lot more.
Who has the better life, the person with marginal ADHD now taking drugs for life or the person who had to learn to buck up and deal with it because he didn’t have other options?

ADHD is highly likely caused by environment factors as even though the explaination some doctors gove is that the brian produces too little amounts of dopamine (which is actually the want/motivation chemical and not pleasure)
This makes no sense as the most effective method for treatment is starting meds during childhood and eventually stopping them, indicating that conditioning can work. This is also supported by the fact we know you have actually two dopamine systems in your brain, combating each other. Ones for the 'base' instincts, wanting food, sex, pleasure etc. and the other is wanting to say no to those pleasures and do something more productive.
We also know that smartphones and other easy ways of dopamine uses up your dopamine lowering your overall dopamine levels, leading to low motivation and concentration issues.

As for homosexual behavior, well that's simple. Males and females like feminine looking things. Our brain is wired to seek out sex with feminine objects. Since younger males and teens often look efffeminite before they hit their late 20s, the desire to have sex with them is the end result. In pre-modern times, where the death rate was high and life expectancy low, many people were lucky to live past their teens in some cases. A lot of the "famous homosexuals throughout history" you see LGBT propaganda promoting were actually, you guessed it, pederasts having sex with 15 year olds. The internet accelerates this process, because you have access to infinite supply of twink and femboy images as well as an LGBT culture that rationalizes and heroizes this behavior.
There's also a long history of religious, piety driven, spiritual "homosexuality" that was common in the Islamic world, Renaissance Europe, China and Japan. Where romantic relationships between the same-sex was a deliberate ritual act but where sex itself was frowned upon (e.g. Renaissance monks "marrying" their cloister brothers).
Basically, there's likely an innate sexual tendency to feminine objects in human psychology and that helps the spread and adoption of LGBTism.
Loaded question, ADHD is diagnosed more. In the past most people were physically active which reduces the effects of ADHD, but now with the sedentary lifestyle and increased need to concentrate on clerical work it is a bigger problem.
Take the "let's ride bikes" kid, they are mostly getting dopamine from this activity, so they do it obsessively. In the past this person might be hunting small game or ploughing fields, but now they are expected to sit quietly and study. A solution therefore might be to allow them to get up and walk around every hour or so and allow them to "fidget" in a way that doesn't make any noise.
