Can someone explain how he is innocent
Trial was very sketchy
>explain how he is innocent
That's not how it works. You need to prove he's guilty. There's no proof and barely any evidence.
he would have needed to be a magician to clean off all the forensic evidence since he had no blood or gunshot residue on him. there was only some inconsistencies with his story but he was addicted to opiates
>But why he was declared suspect in the first place?
>Did he had a motive to murder his wife?
What if a nagger kills my wife and? Does that make the prime suspect regardless?
America justice system is ultra cucked
Chain of suspects goes something like spouse/bf/gf/family/friends/acquaintances/random stranger that will almost certainly get away with it
>spouse/bf/gf/family/friends/acquaintances/random stranger that will almost certainly get away with it/OJ
ftfy
The clothes he was wearing in photos shortly before the murders disappeared. He also lied for years about where he was at the time of the murders. Turns out he was with the two right before they got shot. Come on now, you’re just being contrarian. He is literally a lying, thieving democrat lawyer.
It's supposed to be a little thing called presumption of innocence and reasonable doubt. Jury voted based on feelings and fucking netflix specials
He admitted to lying about being at the scene of the murders
He was at the scene of the murders within a few minutes of it occurring. OM his private rural property. He had gunshot residue in his car. Not everything is a conspiracy.
That doesn't prove he murder someone.
That just mean he was there
In the absence of anyone else who was proven to be there and lied about it...
Gunshot residue for rural hunters is not even a tiny bit of evidence for a murder lol. It stays for months.
That would imply he's smart. If he did do it why wouldn't he have smashed Pauls phone inside a bag and put it with the still not found weapons.
They literally never asked for those clothes
Not Snapchat
>Can someone explain how he is innocent
lol that was the main question on the alex murdaugh subreddit "well who else did the murders!?" very anti justice systematics
He probably had something to do with it, but the prosecution's case was a fucking joke that amounted to
>he could have done it
Not to mention their motive made no sense. You don't murder your family in order to draw attention away from yourself. Horrifying to see how retarded a juror of normies can be.
Cops are very retarded.
Imagine calling the cops that your wife was shot murderer and automatically making you the prime suspect
endless lies, im sure he wasnt the trigger but he was there 100% hired someone like he did trying to fake his own death
too much evidence against him and zero showing he was not at the very least in on it
as far as no man would kill his family, dude was spending millions on drugs and got caught by his family and they were more than likely oh rehab oh divorce oh im taking half your shit oh and your son, hes disowning you. fella just snapped
im just waiting to see what happens with the delphi case
>im sure he wasnt the trigger but he was there 100% hired someone like he did trying to fake his own death
Then he should have been found not guilty in this trial
>im sure he wasnt the trigger but he was there 100% hired someone
if he was going to hire someone he would have made it so he was 100s of miles away
If he didn't murder his wife.
Who did it?
he had enemies from stealing money and how paul had killed mallory beach while drunk boating
All I know is the WSJ israelite author sure does love making whites look like shit. Talking about "rumors" that were "printed" about the Murdaughs.
This is the right line it seems to me. I didn't watch the trial or anything so I don't know.
What I DO know is Netflix israelite seem to never want touch the
>UK grooming gangs
>human trafficking over the US border
>epstein (except that nothingburger limited hangout)
Doesn't matter, state has to prove beyond a reasonable doubt he did it
>Guilty until proven innocent
That's not how it works, retard
Well....
That is how it works in America.
Apparently
Yeah, because trial by a jury of normies is a terrible system
Jury is almost always made up of useless deadbeats and old fuckwits who got nothing better to do.
Most people who can think critically gets selected against by the system, because those people usually do everything they can to get out of jury duty because of the opportunity cost and lost wages.
I once helped my colleague get out of jury duty because it would have fucked up our schedule that had been planned several weeks in advance, and that meant we all had to rearrange our own schedule too to pick up his share of work.
I never got called up for a jury duty but my colleagues and I have figured out clever excuses that work 100% of time without even needing to show up at the courthouse.
>That is how it works in America.
>posts with an american flag
do chinks really post with american flags as a memeflag? that's really pathetic. why don't they post with their own country instead of the american flag? really makes you think
>Charged with battery
I thought you charged batteries?
If this trial proved anything, it was that this guy was a very poor criminal. Ironic given that he's an attorney (though I suspect he was an attorney solely thanks to nepotism, not skill/knowledge). Coupled with the fact he is a drug addict, it's not that big a stretch to imagine this dumbass not planning it out properly. Like, oh idk, the assassination he ordered on himself and still botched?
How do we know he tried to assassinate himself?
Well I didn't hear him say it, but his attorney (who didn't get fired after saying it) admitted that he hired a hitman to kill him. If his attorney told the news that without his permission then I'm sure he would have fired him. That attorney would also 100% be disbarred.
>it's not that big a stretch to imagine
They are supposed to present evidence of the crime, not have jurors imagine possible scenarios.
You've never been in a courtroom. Painting a picture and asking the jury to imagine something is 99% of a criminal trial lawyers playbook.
>though I suspect he was an attorney solely thanks to nepotism, not skill/knowledge
He made millions a year legitimately in addition to stealing millions over 10+ years. You don't do that with a two digit IQ.
I know absolute retards who make millions every year thanks to nepotism. Murdaugh comes from a long-standing political and legal dynasty rooted in an insular district of SC. He could very easily be a complete dumbfuck making bank on his name his whole life. I'm not saying that's what happened, but seeing how he's botched every aspect of his crime spree I can't believe he's an intelligent person.
what's the deal with delphi?
homosexual should have paid for an attorney
I was watching his cross examination with CLR Bruss Rivers.
What a Shit show.
What happened?
why does he look like he will jump out of his own skin? what causes this look?
Too bad about that cell phone video placing him at the scene at the time of the murders
Explain that.
The cell phone tower was going to to ping the phone regardless he was at the kitchen or the yard
He was in his kid’s Snapchat video that was taken like 2 minutes before the murder. They know the time because the kid and his moms phones both went active at the time of the murders.
But why did he murder his family?
>They speculated the time by assuming that the kid and his moms phones both went active at the time of the murders.
Fixed that for you
Shouldn't be any signs on the firearms at the time of the murder?
They were both texting people and stopped responding at the same time
So if someone is shooting at my yard I should continue messaging someone
Well, so was 'Bubba'.
Maybe it wasn't Bubba the dog, but a person named Bubba, and maybe you couldn't hear Bubba talk because he was too busy eating chicken (like Paul and Maggie pointed out).
SLED didn't bother investigate this possibility, and that, to me, raises a reasonable doubt.
meh who cares all southerners are tards
He literally has murder in his last name. Guilty as fuck.
And that's okay, he was a rich lawyer that lived a very good life so he can hang for all I care
He was convicted on social media by cat ladies and bored housewives. The jury wasn't sequestered. End of story
Psyop is a psyop
His lie about being at the kennels is what screwed him. He denied it until he was forced to admit it. He was there at the time of the murders.
Other than that there wasn't much evidence of anything.
And that man's name? Bryan
Bryan is also innocent.
Those college kids were disturbing the neighborhood for the police to have to show up several times.
Hi OP, he’s clearly responsible, you can tell just by looking at his eyes. Thanks for making this thread.
You are the ultimate juror material, anon
So isn't It plausible that he would lie about being near the kennels so as to not make it look like him since he knew there wasn't any evidence of somebody doing it, and they were going after him.
> Ginger
Don't care
>I been hearing rumors
>rumors
>hearsay
>rumors
>rumors rumors rumors
>he called him a homosexual
>rumors
>rumors
>rumors
What a joke.
