Can someone explain how he is innocent
    Trial was very sketchy

      >explain how he is innocent
That's not how it works. You need to prove he's guilty. There's no proof and barely any evidence.

he would have needed to be a magician to clean off all the forensic evidence since he had no blood or gunshot residue on him. there was only some inconsistencies with his story but he was addicted to opiates

        >But why he was declared suspect in the first place?
        >Did he had a motive to murder his wife?

What if a nagger kills my wife and? Does that make the prime suspect regardless?

The clothes he was wearing in photos shortly before the murders disappeared. He also lied for years about where he was at the time of the murders. Turns out he was with the two right before they got shot. Come on now, you’re just being contrarian. He is literally a lying, thieving democrat lawyer.

He was at the scene of the murders within a few minutes of it occurring. OM his private rural property. He had gunshot residue in his car. Not everything is a conspiracy.

Gunshot residue for rural hunters is not even a tiny bit of evidence for a murder lol. It stays for months.

        >im sure he wasnt the trigger but he was there 100% hired someone
if he was going to hire someone he would have made it so he was 100s of miles away

That would imply he's smart. If he did do it why wouldn't he have smashed Pauls phone inside a bag and put it with the still not found weapons.

They literally never asked for those clothes

He was in his kid’s Snapchat video that was taken like 2 minutes before the murder. They know the time because the kid and his moms phones both went active at the time of the murders.

Not to mention their motive made no sense. You don't murder your family in order to draw attention away from yourself. Horrifying to see how retarded a juror of normies can be.

too much evidence against him and zero showing he was not at the very least in on it
as far as no man would kill his family, dude was spending millions on drugs and got caught by his family and they were more than likely oh rehab oh divorce oh im taking half your shit oh and your son, hes disowning you. fella just snapped

Jury is almost always made up of useless deadbeats and old fuckwits who got nothing better to do.
Most people who can think critically gets selected against by the system, because those people usually do everything they can to get out of jury duty because of the opportunity cost and lost wages.
I once helped my colleague get out of jury duty because it would have fucked up our schedule that had been planned several weeks in advance, and that meant we all had to rearrange our own schedule too to pick up his share of work.
I never got called up for a jury duty but my colleagues and I have figured out clever excuses that work 100% of time without even needing to show up at the courthouse.

If this trial proved anything, it was that this guy was a very poor criminal. Ironic given that he's an attorney (though I suspect he was an attorney solely thanks to nepotism, not skill/knowledge). Coupled with the fact he is a drug addict, it's not that big a stretch to imagine this dumbass not planning it out properly. Like, oh idk, the assassination he ordered on himself and still botched?

How do we know he tried to assassinate himself?

Well I didn't hear him say it, but his attorney (who didn't get fired after saying it) admitted that he hired a hitman to kill him. If his attorney told the news that without his permission then I'm sure he would have fired him. That attorney would also 100% be disbarred.

You've never been in a courtroom. Painting a picture and asking the jury to imagine something is 99% of a criminal trial lawyers playbook.

He made millions a year legitimately in addition to stealing millions over 10+ years. You don't do that with a two digit IQ.

I know absolute retards who make millions every year thanks to nepotism. Murdaugh comes from a long-standing political and legal dynasty rooted in an insular district of SC. He could very easily be a complete dumbfuck making bank on his name his whole life. I'm not saying that's what happened, but seeing how he's botched every aspect of his crime spree I can't believe he's an intelligent person.

Maybe it wasn't Bubba the dog, but a person named Bubba, and maybe you couldn't hear Bubba talk because he was too busy eating chicken (like Paul and Maggie pointed out).
SLED didn't bother investigate this possibility, and that, to me, raises a reasonable doubt.
