Throughout most of human history, there have been established rules of warfare that have been traditionally been abided by both sides

America won every war it fought in by breaking those rules.

Japan was going to use bioweapons on American civilians if the war hadn’t ended by December

no they weren't. They might have wanted to or had some half-assed plan to do so but 1945 Japan had no ability to reach any concentration of American civilians. Best they could do was send balloons across the ocean to try and fail to start forest fires.

Lets just clear this up, how Japan started round three with china was bullshit. How Japan started the war with the US was bullshit. Japan was using chemical and bio weapons in China during that war.

To put it bluntly what leg did Japan have to stand on about honor by 1943? I would like to add how is killing a senior military officer during a time of war a war crime? Please point at the treaty that says that.

and by that point those rules were gone, and its not like they had a no killing high personel rule because muh honor, they had it because they could ransom the guy for extra money, and even then it didn't stop them from killing the guy, best part is Japan also broke a rule by starting the war with a sneak attack so it makes even less sense to seethe at America for breaking rules (that no longer applied by that point) when they already made it clear rules don't really matter

Japan wasn't signatory to the Geneva Convention laws in the first place, therefore it would have been impossible to commit a war crime there even if we wanted to. We could have been specifically bombing only orphanages in Japan and it would not have been a war crime by any internationally recognized agreement.

Are you high? The US army literally reached Czechoslovakia by the time the Soviets finished in Berlin, it was the Western Allies that had to withdraw from all tbe excess German land they took

They literally only took the capital first because they had agreed at Yalta that Berlin would go to the Soviets. The US and British army were essentially strolling around Germany for recreation for the duration of April '45, only avoiding Berlin because they weren't allowed to have it.

I'm sure that you would consider the Japanese honorable even though they were abducting teenagers and forcing them to work as sex slaves. Meanwhile you want to whine about a soldier being killed by another soldier, when that's literally the only thing that absolutely should happen in warfare.

No, the exact opposite. Military officers are personnel who are expected to die if the need arises. It wouldn't be a war crime if a Jap kamikaze'd Nimitz for example.
This guy is just malding because Yamamoto decided to go on a leisure plane ride and he got fricking destroyed by the Americans.

not to mention nip officers also had a habit of just killing themselves so his seethe makes even less sense
