I got piv. I do regret not getting ppt; i lost a lot of depth, my understanding is that ppt supports better lubrication and the growth of a more comparable uh vaginal flora ecosystem, and the aesthetic results are ok i guess but it would have been nice if more of the limited tissue could’ve been used to construct the vulva idk. It does lubricate a bit but not enough for more than a couple fingers.
