Looking for albums and artists that match the energy on this album.
I love the heavy rock production with the anthemic over the top vocal delivery and melodies and classic pop songwriting.
It's one of my favorite pop rock records ever and I want more like it.
Thanks in advance for posting.
no album rocks better
Biblical innit

Wise words Mr. Leem
Blur > Oasis
I also prefer blur but op's asking for similar albums not for you to transform this into a contest
Oasis are cheesy mediocre UK buttrock and this postironic lad-larping is going to make you lot look like homosexuals in 10 years.
Blur also suck, like all britpop bands
MI5 psyop shit
There's nothing ironic about my admiration for Oasis' early work.
I genuinely enjoy it a lot.
being sincerely in love with kitsch is not any better
>Oasis
>Buttrock
Antithesis of methhead white trash larp music
Shed Seven
I like the song you posted.
For sure what I was looking for.
The brass on the back half was a nice touch, too.
What work do you recommend by them?
lol yeah that's all they got just a hilarious band who said "if oasis can rip off the beatles we can rip off oasis"
everyone already knows about the pillows but i think they were chasing the same alternative sound
spiritualized did some beatles stuff
For some easy choices there's The Stone Roses and Whatever People Say I Am That's What I'm Not. Not as thunderous, but Pills Thrills and Bellyaches works well too
>Little Busters
Zased. Oasis could have done an English cover and most would be none the wiser
>Whatever People Say I Am That's What I'm Not.
too ironic to have the Oasis biblical quality
Pillows are a weird stretch to mention. might as well just mention every power pop group at that point,
there's a japanese group Wino who actually do sound almost exactly like Oasis though
>spiritualized did some beatles stuff
The song just shares the title as The Beatles track, otherwise it has nothing to do with it.
The Verve's first 2 albums
These.

ROCK IS BACK!
Oasis actually said they were picking up where The La's left off
Lee still goin’ strong
Libertines an obvious one
try the more aggrwssive shoegaze bands like ride, chapterhouse, someone said swerve driver
perhaps even spacemen 3 first record
even psychocandy jesus mary chain
also dont wna hype inspiral carpets up at all but they got some bangers
this is how it feels to be lonely corr one of best songs ever
