well because the white parts get dirty eventually so you have a new pair to fall back on without having to go to the store.

brother i highly advise you to pick up some mr clean magic erasers. i had a pair of chucks that were like 7 years old that would look nearly brand new after some scrubs with the magic eraser. i threw them out eventually because the canvas but they were still very white.

all I see is girls who like the blandest rock bands ever (like nirvana) wearing these for the last 7 years

Only pair of sneakers I own are a couple of dirty old beat up barefoot shoes.

Might buy some New Balance soon but I bet they are stupidly overpriced compared to when I wore them 10 years ago

I think 3, but I do not wear any of them and haven’t for a while. I only had one good pair that fell apart and the rest always cut up my feet when I wore them.

I bought one pair at DSW off the clearance rack maybe 5-6 years ago. Worn them maybe 3 times. I do like the look of them, but I just don’t wear sneakers anymore.

i am 20 but i only own a pair of picrel one stars. i used to wear chucks but they’re pretty shit quality and the sole started detaching after some wear. 70s on the other hand are way overpriced these days, so i’ll stick to my one stars

Currently two. I don’t clean them. I probably should since I wear them to work, where the casual part of business casual gets emphasized

I actually just want to know for those who clean their Converse: what do you do about white laces? How often do you replace or wash those, if at all? Thanks in advance.

loved chucks when i was a kid but i feel like i might be too old for them now. not really sure what the age cutoff is for looking okay in chucks vs looking pathetic

I only bought 1 chucks when it was trendy I think it was the red one

Felt like clown shoes so I stopped wearing it

If you’re not a woman and wear these gaygy colorful shoes, then you need to transition and get it over with. Thankfully you saw the error of your ways, so you redeemed yourself before it was too late. Black, brown, grey and white. Those are the only colors a man needs on his shoes). Blue is the farthest you should go.
