Try and stop doing worthless shit. I'm not saying don't have fun, just don't spend most of your day doing things that are worthless. Moderation is key.
>I just graduated from high school. Do you guys have any advice for me?
Yeah.
Choose your attitude (how you think/feel) instead of being an automatic slave to your impulses.
Most of the problems in /adv/ boil down to people who don't choose their own attitudes, so if you do that then you should be able to dodge a lot of the shit that'll land you on /adv/.

Everything I can do is worthless
Just in time to see society burn.
Fanfictions excuse for you to not improve your life. It's not happening.
Are you asking for any kind of advice in particular?
None was stated, so here's just a few pieces.
1. Improve your credit ASAP. it wont start out high, but getting a credit card or two and keeping the accounts open AND PAID OFF IN FULL will make it steadily climb.
2. I dont know how motivated or anything you are, but if you dont know if you want to go to college, or if you dont know what you want to go to college FOR, than literally get a job. experiencing how it is at the bottom of the rung of society job wise will show you exactly how shitty it is.
3. Become independant. Get your own car, some of your own money, whatever. you'll feel more free and more like you feel you should.
4. Get what you'll eventually need before you need it. Two very good examples are a plunger and jumper cables.
Don't be like me, a 30 year old who lives at home after losing his job with no dating prospects after being told point blank that she wants someone who's just like me but better
I wish these were things my parents told me instead of "go to college get degree make 150k a year "
1. Abandon your "social causes." I was in college when gay marriage was illegal and it was just the LGB comm. Since then it's turned into a golem that hates me, waste of time.
2. Yes, learn a skill. There are 10s of thousands of kids probably into the same degree you want. How many of those kids can be a boat mechanic. Do you know how much boat mechanic make? Marinas that stow million dollar yachts need someone to fix the wiring or motor.. I know toothless hicks that make more than college grads and they have 0 debt.
the whole college degree depends on where is OP from.
If he is from a third world country, the college degree might be way more useful than first world country.
>I’ll try mediation.
You will need proper instructions for that or you will waste years of doing meditation.
Either get some direct training from an experienced mediator or just read the Mind Illuminated which is a good meditation instruction book.
T. wasted 2 years doing random meditation practice
Don't skip classes, drop out, then go back to school later
Just get your degree, get internships, have a job setup when you graduate and your life is smooth sailing
The world is full of gen x groomers and boomer rapists who want to mess with your brain. You must train yourself to repel them or you will crumble.
Give yourself strength and practical knowledge and do simple hard labour for at least 5 years with breaks or 3 years without. This will make you stronger than most gymcels. Have you ever seen a man whip rebar or carry the literal entrance to your house by himself? I have handled thousands of pounds with simple tools within the frame of an hour. That could be your power and it will guarantee your future endurance, patience and superior work ethic.
Don't associate with any "community" or anyone who is affiliated with one or can't stop talking about it.
When you hear "the ____ community", distance yourself.
Make money, save money. Simply saving money is losing money because of gay inflation - invest in stable ETFs instead and reinvest the dividends. That's how the israelites do it so that's how you have to do it. It's simple, just get an etrade account, put power etrade on your phone, check it only when you put part of your paycheck in.
Don't invest in crypto or even individual stocks, but if you MUST, pick something like X, CLF, COST. DIS if you're a sociopath, though frankly I'm not confident in its future anyways at this point. Don't play oil. Don't fuck with options. Don't fuck with futures. Don't invest on leverage. Don't learn the market. Just make your 2% a year and stop impulse buying because your money will take 3 days to hit your account if you cash it out anyways.
Don't behave in a way you're not happy to keep behaving for ten years when you're dating. Never excuse infidelity or disloyalty, break up at first offense and don't "keep in touch" and have your ex "come over" or "forgive and try again".
Grow up and mature. Learn to face life situations like it aint no thang. And learn to speak well and write just as well.
Not much to it, just be a man. >Deal with your past
Do the adv ignore the god talk and be free
>Learn to be the calm in the storm

At this stage in your life the one thing you have more of than aything elsse is TIME. Don't be in a rush to make life-shaping decisions. Look around. Explore options. Starting a year or two behind your cohort will be made up for very quickly.
Use facial scrub and a daycream with sunscreen. DON'T use any agressive skincare "products" with alcohol etc. Your friends will call you a fag now but they'll be envious of you in 15 years.
Don't drink and only do the fun drugs; get your passport asap and go to the countries you want to go to, and don't go to college unless you're almost positive you know what it is that you want to do because otherwise, it's a massive waste of time and money.

1. Asses what you want to do with your life, what kind of job fits you, what kind of "field of work" that matches your working style or thinking style. Are you ok with crunching numbers all day in front of computer? Are you into engineering jobs? Do you enjoy something more creative and involves talking to a lot of people?
2. Find out what the job titles are, look them up on LinkedIn, read the job requirements, what are some things you need to prepare (including what study you might need to take in college, or maybe no college at all)
3. If there's no college education needed, find a place where you can be trained for these stuffs
4. ALWAYS intern during college, don't rely on bullshit jobs like barista or retail. ANYTHING that you do, has to have more value than just salary. The experience that you get from your jobs, has to be valuable/useful for your dream job. Don't waste time and energy on bullshit jobs.
5. If you go to college, join clubs. Join something that will force you to meet people and make friends. Learn from my mistakes. I'm 29 and friendless and single.
