How long can my hair be until it is sinful?

I would imagine it's relative to culture, in that it means don't wear your hair styled like a woman's

How do pro-trans Christians justify this part of the bible though?

        By not reading it

By hating Paul with a burning passion and ignoring anything explicitly said by Jesus and even then they'll play the interpolation game with any verse that disagrees with them. Like I remember this lesbian pastor saying that Christians should not evangelize or spread the gospel in any way because the Great Comission was an interpolation.

I’ve seen trans use the eunuchs passage in the bible by Jesus as affirmation

What’s funny is that if you read that passage in its full context it basically suggests trans women aren’t allowed to get married like other people, which is hilarious.

They will always argue that it can’t be referring to trans women cause trans women aren’t real men. As if people in ancient times would have made such distinction.

Nature produces sexual dimorphism. In humans we artificially create extra sexual dimorphism by way of grooming, which is natural and done across all cultures, presumably since the earliest humans.
Standards may change across time and culture, but there is a feminine way of looking and a masculine way of looking, which is why I think the verse essentially says "don't make yourself look like a woman"
Also the first section of the chapter is literally talking about differences between men and women.

why is Jesus always depicted with long hair then? Is it a "ok for gods not for men" thing or what?

People in ancient times had longer hair in general so it might not be considered long by their standards

A polish plait is a fine example, but in those days, people who usually wore hair ended up having dust, dirt, mud and shit in it.
Apparently, it was a strange kinda-common thing back in classical times to smear animal blood and fat into your hair and fit it into a cap.

The Orthoduck position is that "long" in the passage really just means stylized hair. I'm not orthodox, but take that as you will.
